Avoid this at all costs - they charged almost 10 times the cost of a part. Charged $430 to replace a bad capacitor on an A/C unit. The technician was in and out in 10 minutes - I had already diagnosed the problem and removed the bad capacitor. Still, they charged $180 for labor and $230 for the capacitor - a part that costs at most $25. When I asked why the capacitor had such a high markup, the technician lied saying that only they could buy the part. A friend had the exact same problem (bad capacitor) on the same day, and a different company charged $230 total. I won't complain about the quality of the work - after all, they did install the capacitor - but there are other companies that won't lie to your face and grossly overcharge you like this one. Lesson learned.
Furnace technician was in & out in 15 minutes. I paid $400. 1 hour later I discover he did not fix the problem. I called him, he refused to come back out the same day to re-fix the problem, we had an argument, then he told me to just cancel the check. So I called and spoke with the supervisor on duty and told her the scenario and she, "ok, just cancel the check." So I did!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Had a HORRIBLE zero star rating experience with this clown. Think I need to put at least one star to give it a rating, but would give zero. I called this company told them about a leak in a pump and if you they could fix it. "Yeah, no problem we can certainly fix that". Then they gave me a two hour time range of when they would come, which is fine except there were no updates in their status, and it wasn't a location I'm at, so had to leave work and wait to meet him. He shows up, uses the bathroom, rushes me around to show him, (it was obvious he had some better job he wanted to get to) I show him the leak and he says "yeah, you have a leak in your pump, call a plumber" then just leaves. Such a waste of time, wasn't even good advice. I called plumbers and they don't fix that, they redirected me to another refrigeration repair technician. THANKS FOR TAKING MY WHOLE AFTERNOON TO COME OUT AND TELL ME WHAT I TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE THAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO COME AND FIX. Hopefully, at least it was a nice bathroom stop for you and where you really wanted to go. Worst part was, it was the owner so there was no one to complain to. Avoid this guy. You're there for his convenience, not the other way around. Horrible, horrible.
