Very rude service, I can't believe they have kept their receptionist over the years. Tried to be attentive and helpful, and was just thrown off. Won't be recommending them to any clients I know.

Rude service, poor quality - we had to hire a different guy to fix this guy’s mistakes. A guy named David came out when it was 95, replaced a blower motor, didn’t fix the issue. Called and told him an hour later that it wasn’t working. He came back next day and replaced our thermostat, then made my wife pay an additional $85 service call charge even though he didn’t fix right the first time. She’s five months pregnant and starts crying because she’s being taken advantage of, David doesn’t care. Then he leaves and ac is stuck in the on position, won’t turn on/off. Turns out he put wrong capacitor on and wired the thermostat incorrectly. It’s one thing to make mistakes, it’s another to charge us for his wrongs and treat my wife like that. Avoid this guy at all costs.
