A/C was even WORSE after it was “fixed”. They really overcharged for 2 parts, $680 for my a/c to stop working and when we called for them to come back out and tell us whats happening they wanted to charge another $120 for something they made worse. We did not “alter the system” whatsoever.
You can't ask for anything more, it was after hours on a Friday night while it was raining. Had me fixed in a jif... Thank you SO MUCH! I would recommend to the entire city.
These guys were professional and thorough. They got in and out quickly and now my house has AC. Also, they were able to work here and I work from home and they didnt disturb me. A+ Company
We had a thermostat install issue and had no ac and Xavier came out not once but twice late in the evening and helped us. He was very friendly and very professional & skilled! We will ONLY use All American for AC issue from here on out. We would rate 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟if it was an option. 💯 SATISFIED
All American GC & AC has came out to our home 3 times now, and they have been fantastic each time! Xavier does a great job explaining everything that is going on and what steps are needed to get the job done. Won't use anyone else.
Great service..! On time call 30 minutes before arrival professional and knowledgeable and prompt ! Came out at 9:30 pm and got my air condition working !looking forward for future business with them..! Big thanks to the HVAC Tech..!
I am so happy I decided to go with this company. If I could give them 10 stars i would. I had a 9:00am appt last week and the were on time, polite, gave me a reasonable price and actually knew what they were doing. I haven’t had any problems with my AC since. Thank you guys for your services. Job well done !!
All American GC & AC is certainly a 5-star company. The since of urgency to assist me with my AC problem was greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them for any future HVAC needs I may have.

I highly recommend All American because of their excellent customer service! When I called in with my AC not working, I was so relieved they got out here right away. They were able to diagnose my problem and offer me solutions right here at my house which impressed me! I had full trust in them to replace my AC system for a very fair price. So far my AC has been working excellent non stop! They are true professionals and recommend them to anyone!

I read the reviews before I called and they are right, Q is the guy to call when you have an issue. He and his crew came out, diagnosed my issue and the very next day they had units for replacement. They were also able to work with the warranty on my units which saved us quite a bit of money. I took note that everyone on the crew is personable and knowledgable, and that goes a long way when folks are already frustrated about not having air. If your in a bind and don't know what to do, call Q!

So I want to update my original review which wasn't great. I spoke to the owner, Ryan and he explained to me why they tried to replace the parts first instead of just jumping to replacing my old unit. After speaking to him, I had a better understanding of why they wanted to try to replace the parts first to see if that would work before having to pay for a new system. I'll chalk this up as miscommunication between the company and myself. I ended up having them replace the entire unit. Ryan deducted what I had payed for the previous repairs and gave me an extra discount. The guys came out a day later and the unit was installed in no time. Xavier, Q, Chris and his install team did an excellent job. All in all, I'm happy with the service and response I got from All American, it just took longer than I wanted to get there.

Mr. Q and the whole team at All American are top notch. AC unit broke and they installed it quickly and very affordable. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to everyone
Everyone was nice and helpful. They made sure the AC was working before they left and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend this company and will use them for all my AC needs.
