Anthony is the truth! After dealing with my non-responsive property management office (Mayfair) and my central air going out twice in 4 weeks, this company provided me with regular updates and eventually installed a new unit for me. After sitting in an apartment for 7 days with temperatures exceeding 95 degrees on the the hottest days of the year so far, Anthony was a godsend. He was professional, responsive and provided proactive follow up with my management company who never reached out to me during the 7 days my AC was out after putting in the service call and leaving several voicemails, and sending half a dozen emails. I may break my lease at my current dwelling in the next few months due to their inability to be responsive at any point but I will absolutely keep this company in mind for future service. Thank you Anthony. Your work ethic is very much appreciated.
I wish I could give this company 10 stars. So lucky we found Anthony. I think this was through divine intervention. We were in a serious bind with our handler (purchased in 2020) had a leaking coil. The coil is not available anywhere and back ordered. For months! We checked through a few different companies which also confirmed the piece was back ordered. Really upset with Rudd about this. Our only other option was to purchase a whole handler AGAIN. Anthony came through clutch and saved us with a compatible used coil for our unit. He went out of his way to help us reach the manufacturer and try to get everything resolved to get the proper part as well in addition to finding this one for us. We would not have survived through the summer like this waiting on a coil from Rudd. It’s been brutal this s week alone. SO grateful he found a workaround for us. Super responsive , stands behind his work, on time, and good price. THANK YOU !
