I hired you all to perform general A/C maintenance for an A/C unit. In the beginning you were kind...until I called back with an issue. You then became rude. I called another company, only to find out that the drain line was completely plugged. This is something I would have expected a professional A/C company to do in a normal service call.
Richard was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through my system in detail. We just purchased the house and his insight was invaluable. I will continue to use their services and will likely call on them to replace our aging A/C once the time comes.

I have dealt with many air conditioning companies over the years and I would highly recommend All-American A/C. All-American put in a new system for us last year and also this year ( I have two systems). They're very reasonably priced, always professional, and timely. Their warranty on parts and labor is excellent. We looked at several companies before deciding on All-American A/C and have been very happy with them and their service.
