Our Heater was knocked out due to recent storms, but our house failed to heat after power was restored. All AC & Heating immediately responded to my request for help, and a technician was at our door within hours. Sal, in a word, is awesome. Friendly, professional, thorough, and communicative. He quickly identified the cause, and he continued with an in-depth inspection to ensure there were no other issues. Thankfully we're good for now, but for future maintenance I'll go back to All AC & Heating!
Our furnace stopped heating early last week. At first we thought it was a fluke but our house was consistently colder than outside, and we even had to use a space heater. I made a request for a quote on google and immediately received responses from various companies. We went with All AC & Heating due to their reviews on here, and their availability on that Friday. The technician who answered our call was Kenneth. He and the All AC & Heating team kept us updated on when we could expect him and sent a photo ahead of time so we knew who to expect. Kenneth told us what he was going to do and how long it would take. At the end of his inspection he informed us that because our furnace was old (1999), the furnace ignition ( or is starter?) had given up on us. He showed us various options that included replacing all the other smaller parts that could fail given the age of our furnace. We knew we would most likely replace the system within the next year, so we asked for what the bare minimum repair package would be, as well as opting for the 2x a year maintenance visit subscription. We paid for the diagnostic visit and Kenneth shared what we could expect in terms of next steps. Things went exactly as Kenneth shared: the parts were ordered and arrived within 2-3 business days and Kenneth came to make the repairs on Tuesday. He also cleaned the external AC unit as part of the maintenance package and changed out the filters in the air returns. We're definitely glad we went with All AC & Heating and very much appreciate Kenneth's calm demeanor, professionalism and expertise!
All Ac Air heating & Cooling are a top notch company . I needed to have my heating and cooling system replaced. They not only made the process painless, their prices were amazing, as well as their maintenance plans. Not only are their prices amazing, their customer service is like no other. Helen not only answers phone calls and emails expeditiously. She is very informative and she felt like family right away. I am so glad I made the call to All Ac and would recommend them to anyone.
We replaced our AC/Heating last year. They did an awesome job. Reasonable prices, professional and quick. I have to commend the wonderful ladies (Helen and Nicole) that keep the office running smooth. Even after a year after the installation, they went above and beyond to help us with the permit requests. We have had some bad experiences with contractors and/service people so it was quite refreshing to find this reliable company!!
All Ac and Heating did an amazing job fixing our old AC. We moved into a new place and realized the first hot day that the AC was not working. All Ac and Heating replied promptly and sent someone the next day to check on the problem. Kenny was so professional and kind, changed our filter and thoroughly checked everything. He spent LOTS of time explaining how the systems worked and what our options were. We decided to go ahead with repairs and no one pressured us to replace our old system instead. Kenny was able to come back quickly and fix the system and we had our AC up and running within days of the initial call, just in time for the next heat wave. I will definitely recommend All Ac and Heating for any HVAC needs!
All Ac and Heating replaced our house furnace, coil, and air conditioner. They also added dual zone controls which we did not have before. Dzmitry and Jonathan were the technicians assigned to the job and they were both fantastic. The process from quote to final walkthrough was excellent (all of it done within 1 week). I was notified of when I should expect the technicians to arrive (with detailed map tracking) which I really appreciated as I am working. They also did everything they could to accommodate our thermostat placement which required them to get into some narrow and difficult to access spaces. In summary, I highly recommend All Ac and Heating.
We installed our HVAC unit about a month ago and we wanted to do four zones for each of the rooms in the house. They had a hard time to get all the zones to work correctly until Sal came to the rescue. Sal was very knowledgeable and knew what to do from the get go. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Great customer service!!!
I need to add my voice to the chorus of acclimations. All AC & Heating Heating was not only a great heating company but a model of professionalism and friendliness that ANY company could learn from. As others have said to the responsive courteous office staff, Dani in particular, to the approachable knowledgeable estimator Paul, to the courageous John who climbed the great ladder to my roof to install a new venting duct and his able assistant CJ, the entire experience was pleasant, seamless and skillful. It's great to know that such a company exists and I hope that I can improve my professionalism in all I do by learning from their model.
I wish I could give them 10 stars. I called them in for a job in an old San Francisco apartment building (1908). As you can imagine, over the years there have been some funky repairs on the heating system. Several different contractors offered solutions, from the ridiculous spit-and-tape to extremely expensive. Some seems baffled by the problem. I called All AC & Heating because, being in business for 6 generations, they have seen everything. Greg proposed a great solution. Fair price. The crew he sent over was professional, quick, and cleaned up the apartments and hallway better than when they started. I don't know what's up with the bad experiences and reviews. I can't imagine them doing anything unethical. Especially if you are in an older building, I would not hesitate to call on the long time and well earned expertise of All AC & Heating.
I have received the best service from All AC & Heating in recent memory. I was treated like a customer even though I was only doing a smallish job. These days you can't even get someone to come over unless you are doing a huge remodel. Paul came twice to walk me through the project and presented a reasonable bid. The office stayed in touch during the project via phone and email. The project manager was knowledgeable, did exactly what he promised, was a clear and effective communicator and was cheerful and kind too! I think of All AC & Heating fondly every time I turn on the heat! Great company.
The best HVAC and Heating company in Staten Island and probably in the New York. The pricing was great and they went after the manufacturer of my old system for a credit even though they did not install the original system. They corrected other deficiencies with my system and were able to complete all work within two weeks of the original estimate including purchasing the new furnace. The crew was led by a very experienced mechanic and were very efficient. The team was very respectful of our presence and updated us continuously and the workmanship was phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about All AC & Heating and using any other company to install a furnace would be a waste of time and money. Special Kudos to Emily who went the extra mile to make it all work and save us money as well.
How should I start ..... I'm recently a new home owner with my wife and I was trying to find someone who I could trust to install an centralize AC . My contractor recommended him. When i first met Sal, I showed him around the house, he was very detailed how everything works from interior and exterior. Sal is an excellent guy with a great personality. He shows good Potential, very informative with everything that was going on. His communication skills is 100! If you looking for somebody that actually cares about his work plus your home. This is the man you should call. Highly recommended!
We had 5 ductless mini spilt units in bad need of cleaning and maintenance and hired All AC and Heating for the job. From the beginning the communication was excellent and the price quoted was fair. Sal and his team showed up on time, did a thorough job, and explained things they noticed that were likely contributing to the buildup and how to mitigate somewhat moving forward. Will absolutely use again and highly recommend to anyone in need of maintenance or repair.
Extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. I had an issue with an AC system at my house that two other companies tried unsuccessfully to figure out. Both tried to convince me to spend big on new systems but mine was not that old so I resisted. Emily helped me and Sal from All Ac immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. I subsequently hired them for an AC install at an apartment building I own and they did an amazing, clean and professional job. Also very respectful of our space and COVID conscientious. You cannot go wrong with this company.
One of the best services I've experienced. They fit me in for a same-day service when my AC/furnace stopped working. Sal quickly fixed the problem, installed a new thermostat (no charge), did an AC check up and a needed Freon recharge. In the process he found and fixed a bunch of potentially dangerous pre-existing wiring issues. He went out of his way to not oversell anything and gave honest and knowledgeable advice. The total bill for a couple hours of work was considerably less than I've paid for quick 15-30minute AC repairs in the past. Would highly recommend.
Wow. Called them up, got mansplained about cleaning filters, then scheduled for a service reluctantly. On the day he was outside our place, called me to tell me he couldn't get parking so he wasn't going to do the job. That's it. Incredible.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. Sal couldn't be nicer and more professional. The team that came and serviced my AD and Furnace were punctual, professional, and very neat. They used drop cloths all throughout my house, and even cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. I highly recommend them for your AC & Furnace needs!

I called All AC and Heating to install a 3ton air condition and heating system, outside compressor and new water heater this past year. The owner Sal sat us down and explained everything that would be done and gave us a great price. They arrived early that morning with all the equipment ready to go.Not only was the installation done faster than estimated, the job was done neat and professionally. He followed up with us twice since the installation. Highly recommend the company.
I was very impressed with All AC & Heating. They arrived on time and we're friendly and courteous. They went right to work and installed my new unit in a timely manner. The owner made sure I knew how to use my unit properly. They made sure all garbage was collected, and my property looked as it did before. I would highly recommend this Co. They are reliable, honest, and friendly. 5 stars.
