Worst experience ever. My family of four was left sweltering for over a week because they did not follow through on the service they had promised, didn’t bother to tell us that they had dropped our contract, and then lied to me on the phone in order to cover it all up. If you want honest, professional, timely service, go with someone else.
This company is professional and prompt! Alicia was great and understanding of our situation and was able to get us in quickly! Rick the technician quickly diagnosed the situation and repaired our AC! After a week of 90° in our house, our AC is back up and running! Thank you All About Air!
