Very professional and knowledgable.
I've been using Albert Services for the past few years now and I have had the preventative maintenance program with them since summer 2022. TL;DR version: They are *so* thorough, responsive, and friendly; from the office staff to the technicians, I feel cared for during the whole process of requesting and receiving repairs and services. I have always felt extremely comfortable having them come to my home and assured that I have qualified people coming to help with various issues. I have several neighbors who use their services as well and we joke that when we see the truck parked in front of one of our houses that we think of something that needs doing at our own house! Detailed version of most recent interaction: Brett and Cody came out (6/26/23) to work on various plumbing issues we were addressing. As always, they were friendly, respectful, and efficient and I was very satisfied with the results. Later on in the evening my husband noticed a change in water pressure to our kitchen sink. We called and they had a technician out the next day and it was an easy fix--the water filter on the faucet had gotten a bit clogged from debris and it just needed taken off and rinsed out which he did. No charge because he considered it a customer satisfaction issue and this customer is certainly satisfied! A time when I had a major issue: I had my springtime HVAC check with Isaac (on 2/21/22) and he found a plethora of issues with my 25 year old plus A/C unit. At the same time another technician (Tim) noticed that my water heater wasn't venting carbon monoxide correctly. Albert Services tried to make an appointment that same day for Brett, a supervisor and plumbing expert, to come by and check on the unit to make sure it was safe but unfortunately I didn't call them back until the next day and he came out on 2/22. Brett made sure to discuss all of the options and he was very sensitive to the fact that installing a new A/C and converting our water heater to a tankless gas water
Albert Services is the company to call for fix anything - HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issue "your husband tried to repair." Brett showed on time to fix my plumbing issue. He repaired a part needed to be replaced because of age of the part. He secured the plumbing so that I won't have to worry about it for the next 30 years. The cost of the repair was much less than expected and less than estimated. Brett left the room in better shape than what it was before he arrived - problem fixed and it's almost like Brett wasn't even there - highly professional. I highly recommend Albert Services and Brett to everyone with a plumbing issue.

The technician Chris has inspected my unit for the past 5 years. He is always thoughtful, efficient and able to communicate about technical matters in layman’s terms. It says a lot about a company that can maintain a consistent work force.
All I can say is WOW with their service. I needed a second opinion on an AC unit issue and I thank god Alberts was recommended to me! Isaac, the tech that helped us, was super nice, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Sorry to my old HVAC guy but you’re out and Alberts is in! You guys have received a lifelong customer right here. Thank you!!!

I have found Albert's Services to be a "one stop shop" when it comes to heating, air, electical or plumbing needs. I have been very satisfied with their puncuality & expertise.
I had a main sewer pipe on the outside of my house, back up and it ended up backing all the way up into my basement. This happened on a Saturday. When I called, they told me it would be 30mins until they got to my house. They were actually here within those 30mins. When they showed up, I got a guy named Brett. I couldnt be anymore happier with the way Brett handled himself. I felt so bad for it being the weekend and what should of been probably a 30min job it ended up taking 2hrs. The whole time, he was so friendly, explained things to me, told me what I needed to do and what not to do and what I will need to do in the future. He was very honest with me. Which not many company's are. Not to mention, I was expecting to pay around 5 or $600 with it being a weekend. And after all was said and done, it was nowhere near the price I was expecting to pay. I just know that I was very happy and pleased with Albert's Services and more so with Brett. I will be using this company again and I will ask for Brett. Thank you Albert Services and Brett for the way you took care of me on such a short notice!
As always, Brett was amazing. Our dogs love to see him when his truck rolls up and consider him a part of the family. He's professional and friendly and does right by us everywhile. The office staff is friendly and reassuring. Our money is always well spent with Albert Services as a whole.
