Did not repair my unit put in freon at $50 a Union walked away with A366 bill 10 minutes later my air conditioner still don't work water everywhere went into my new furnace He didn't want to didn't give me my money back or repair my phone is would not would not would not recommend this company to no one

I called Alan on Christmas Eve because my furnace was out. He came out within an hour in sub zero temperatures, found the issue, fixed it quickly, and charged a very reasonable price for an emergency call. I have a home maintenance business, and Alan is on my short list for HVAC professionals! Friendly, responsive, and knows what he is doing!!
Alan from Alaska breeze and I set up an appt for not only a possible AC recharge but a quote on a complete hvac system. He never showed up, never called, never texted. I on the other hand texted him to both his personal phone and thru Angie’s. I also called him. No response. I also saw on Angie’s this morning that his first initial reach out text to me has been deleted. Don’t know what happened but unless he has a good excuse, I can’t hardly recommend Alaska Breeze.
