Professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous. Most differently will use their services again! Offered different options to resolve our delinma. Didn't pressure our decision and let us have time to consider our options without a service charge.
The owner was on time and very professional. He drove all the way out to Two Rivers to discover that the oil drip stove that we wanted to service was in too poor of condition to use, but didn't charge us a call out fee. Thank you 🙏🏽
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and well-priced person for repairs or tune-ups on your furnace, boiler, Toyos and HVAC go see Aaron at Alaska Appliance and HVAC. Because of Aaron’s honesty, reliability, and workmanship he is the first and only person I trust to work on my furnace. Living in Alaska heat for your house is one of the most important things and a lot of people can take that for granted until something bad happens. Aaron understands this and will put a priority on getting your system back on line no matter the time of day or night. He will also call and remind you if you are getting close to your yearly tune-up time. I have known Aaron going all the way back to grade school and everything his does he puts a 110% into it. After every tune-up he will go over what he did and if he found anything, he even takes pictures of the problem areas when he finds them.
Christmas day with out of town kids and grandkids in the house. Dryer stops working..called first thing 12/26 to several known appliance repair places looking for repair. But no one could come right away. .one place said could schedule me for 1/8! And the prices quoted to just come over and evaluate, not including the repair, were extremely high, even for Fairbanks. I called Alaska Appliance and he was or that morning, brought parts for possible cause and was extremely professional and friendly. Had to find and go get another part. He fixed it and had my dryer running perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for any repairs you might need.
