Good work .
I had this company (Aladdin) come over to check why my AC is not cooling. He quotes me over $500. I called another company and they came out within 1 hour and changed out the Run Start Capacity for $150. Now my AC back to cooling again. Don’t call Aladdin if you need your Heating and Air because they will try to rip you off.
The owner came out on a Saturday afternoon & totally saved the day. He was friendly, professional and gave us a reasonable price, especially for coming out on a Saturday. They will have customers for life. Thank you!!!
I scheduled a appointment after explaining the problem with our air condition, once the technician showed up between their 2 hour window, we were told our air condition was old and was given a spill of replacing it. Once told we could not replace it at this time, we were advised to reschedule the appointment as he did not have the time and the equipment to complete the $1,000-$5,000 repair. Someone would be calling back to re-schedule. Needles to say, we never received that call. I took the initiative to call back and stated this was a health issue for us and we need to schedule the repair immediately, AGAIN no response.....AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE........NOT!!!!!!
I had Aladdin heating and air conditioning come to my house and they said I had a bad compressor and it would cost $3,500 to replace my unit outside. I had another air conditioning company give me a second opinion and they found a wire cut at the compressor. The other company fixed my AC unit and it is working great. Never trust Aladdin heating and air conditioning stay away. Aladdin likes to cut wires and sabotage your unit
I made the grand decision to change out my thermostat. I had an old wifi thermostat that came with an alarm like 7 years ago. I upgraded to Ecobee5 with Alexa voice control. This thermostat requires a c wire "common" in order to run. My home is about 20 years old and does have a common wire. Long story short, my home was wired for dual-zone, with 2 thermostats, and 2 dampers. None of these parts existed in my attic, only the wiring. I believe it was wired by an octopus. After 3 hours, losing voltage, common which is blue is wire tied to a red wire and a white wire and then disappearing somewhere into the attic. I called 4 places, Huft, Bonnie, Bell, and Rod Johnson. They all told me that they are not willing to work on a system where the homeowner has purchased the Thermostat. I was starting to get nervous, my old thermostat won't even work at this point. Called Aladdin, she took my info, and Tony showed up 45 minutes later. Tony sorted it all out and explained to me in detail what the problem was. He took the time to explain it, he was in no rush considering it was now 7 pm on a Saturday. He was there for almost 2 hours making sure everything was buttoned up and he helped me finalize my Ecobee install. There is a lot of money to be made just going around and installing these Thermostats for people. I am a Maintenance Lead at a school and although I do not specialize in HVAC, I am around it frequently. There are probably 5000 homes in my tract that were all pre-wired for zone control, like mine was, and it makes it nearly impossible to change even a simple Thermostat. I had a big problem I was not going to be able to fix, and the big companies basically gave me a middle finger. Aladdin was on it and I had a resolve within hours. Thanks Tony.
Scheduled appointment for 10 AM. Came to my office and waited for tech to arrive . 10 am he not here , 11 am he not here so I decided to give them a call on what agent said let me see what’s going on and I will call you back . 12 pm .... I am still waiting .... no one calls me back .... I am calling again to find out what’s going on on what agent on the phone says oh he is on his way and be there in 8 min . 12.38 pm finally tech for air and heat repairs arrives . Wow 2.30 hour late !!!!!! Although I was just glad he arrived so he can fix air conditioning. So he walks around and says “ so where is an air conditioning unit ? “ 🤨. Seriously ? You don’t know where air conditioning unit I asked ? Because I don’t know ! That’s why I called for professional help . So he turns into a “Richard” and says well I cannot help and fix this and leaves ! Wait , this is not it ..... I was thinking let Me call the company so they send someone knowledgeable so I am calling no answer , call 5 no answer , call 10 no answer , call 15 .... so you get an idea . So they simply ignoring my calls . NOW they charge 65 bucks just to come out before they even fix anything, although as we can see this company is very unprofessional, not punctual on time and have no knowledge on how to fix air and heat . Seams to me just like scammers . Would not recommend anyone to use this company! Thanks and good luck with your repairs!
