This guy is a professional. Some of the best work I ever had done. Don’t hesitate to have this company install your furnace/AC or any duct related work. He does a really good job. Cleanliness and professionalism at its finest.
Al and his team did great work on a total HVAC heating / cooling replacement in our home. He is responsive, kind and upfront about all the work that needs done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC services. Great guy, great business
Not only were the prices much more realistic than some other quotes we had, Al and his crew were phenomenal. Great communication, beyond professional, and so clean with both the work and the overall installation. Would recommend 100x over. Thanks again Al!

Our ductwork needed re-wrapped in our garage and the day I called, Al and his team showed up, gave me a quote and replaced the ductwork in a couple of weeks! They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
*EDIT / clarification - I have written one review before this... about an escape room...* I wanted to write a great review, but that is not my experience and this is probably my first review ever, but I don't want anyone to deal with what I dealt with. I hired Al for a full HVAC renovation at my house. We had an executed contract and I had provided Al with a significant deposit for the work. Al and his co-worker got COVID. I totally understood that and no problem on the delay, however, for WEEKS Al would not answer any of my texts or calls - absolutely no idea what was happening. Desperate for an answer on what the status was, I finally called him from my work phone and he immediately picked up and was extremely caught off guard that it was me (clearly dodging my phone calls). Told me he would be at my house in the next few days to review the scope again and that he had *ALREADY* ordered my equipment and it was sitting in his garage. 2 weeks go by with me calling/texting again and NO communication at all from Al. Finally, after I told him I would be filing for damages, he responded that he would return my money, never had ordered the equipment (that was a lie) and couldn't do the job. Took another 1.5 weeks with no communication and more texts/calls from me to actually receive my deposit back. I would avoid, at all costs, the hassle of hiring them for anything other than minor work. The lack of communication and transparency about what was going on was completely and totally unprofessional. Plus the weeks he delayed me. Too bad because Al was a nice person at the initial meetings.
Had a great experience with Al and Shane installing a new AC unit and Furnace at my house. Al was very responsive and transparent throughout the entire process. The installation was completed in one day without any issues. Would highly recommend Al and his team based on my great experience.
Al responded to my call and came quick that day to check out the job when other HVaC guys were booked. He connected the unit and everything was good - until I saw the unit was leaking oil. Called Al up again and though he’s got a busy schedule took a few days he still came out and fixed the AC. I haven’t had much luck with contractors in PGH but Al is a good one. Will call again if anything else pops up fir HVaC service
I called Al, because he had a very high number of recommendations on my local Nextdoor…but even so, I was surprised and delighted by how quickly he responded when I called him to say my AC was not working (he was literally at my house in 5 minutes—ON HIS DAY OFF—to do a quick initial check of the problem). The last time I had my AC replaced, it took a total of THREE WEEKS for the Big Fancy Company to do three visits—one, to check out the problem; two, to show up and work on the problem and three, to come back out to replace the AC. Al also used three visits—but they occurred over the course of 3 business days (and his first visit, as I already mentioned, was on a Saturday, when he was not planning on working!) He asked me over the phone if I wanted him to wear a mask. He asked me at my door, if I wanted him to remove his shoes. He was polite, friendly, and never talked down to me—and when he spent half a day trying to fix a problem—only to discover the problem was so bad that I needed to replace my AC again, he gave me an excellent discount on the work already performed. When he worked outside—he noticed a neighbor’s AC was rattling—and he quickly fixed that by screwing the top down properly. When there were weeds all around my condensor—he brought a pair of shears, and carefully snipped them all out of the way. He asked for a garbage bag—and carefully held onto every wire he snipped, every bit of Armaflex he removed, every zip tie he shortened—and carefully placed them all in the bag his assistant was managing. If his assistant was busy, he set his tools and any trash on top of the condenser—always in the same place—and his assistant would come behind him, and pick up everything and put it in the trash. There wasn’t so much as a spare screw left behind—everything was flawless! And when it came to installing a new indoor unit—he had to cut some ductwork to fit it in—and when I asked him if he could rerouted it a bit higher, to give me more space—he immedi

Al's HVAC services was fantastic! I sent a request for a quote late night he responded first thing in the morning. He was here in a matter of hours and took less than 5 minutes to fix. Al and Shane were great to work with from the start. I'm really happy with the work they did and the units he choose for our space. The installation went well, especially considering over 100+ year old house with short ceilings and an existing furnace twice the size of both AC and Furnace combined. The units he selected are from a reputable brand that also carry a nice warranty with them. They were very helpful, answered any and all questions we had, and worked hard to get us working AC and upgrade furnace that is making it more enjoyable to live here. Definitely recommend them and will use them for any future projects that can utilize their expertise.
I called a lot of the big name HVAC players in the area for a simple AC and Furnace replacement. After talking to some people on my quotes, I felt like I was being over quoted. I found Al recommended on social media. Glad I did. Very personable, honest, and fairly priced. Al and Shane worked a long day to make sure our system was replaced in 1 shot. Respectful of our house to keep everything clean. I would recommend him to anyone in the area
Al and Shane were extremely professional and friendly. From the moment they arrived at our house they worked quickly and efficiently to install a mini-split unit in our finished attic. The wiring and the unit on the outside look fantastic and the unit works great. The inside unit was installed very neatly and they cleaned up after themselves. They got here a little later than expected, but Al did a great job communicating that he would be late due to a no heat call, which I have zero problem with. I would hope if my heat went out he'd make me a priority too! He exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely use his company again in the future. Thanks, Al and Shane.
Found Al to be very honest and up front from beginning to end. He installed my furnace while I was away on vacation. He kept in touch with me while he was working and sent a photo finish when complete! AND, the price was very competitive ! Would recommend!!
Worst HVAC ever!! Don't think about going with here! Took the money and never finished the job.
Al provided fantastic same day service and fixed our A/C unit! The price was fair and reasonable. We have nothing but great things to say. We will definitely call Al again. I recommend Al’s HVAC.
Al's HVAC Services installed a new furnace and an air-conditioning unit in our 30 yr old house in one day. So far, the air-conditioning is working so much better than the one we had. Al Biagerelli was conscientious, open in discussing pricing, and punctual: When he said he would be available, he was. When he said he was going to install the units, he showed up on time and finished it in one day. We will call on him again for routine maintenance.
