One of the company's subcontracted technicians, Nick, damaged my mailbox by running into it after finishing a job for a neighbor. Instead of letting me know he damaged my property, he just drove off. Many witnesses saw this and I was promptly notified of the vehicle's make/model (including plates) and driver's description. After getting in touch with the driver, it was requested that my mailbox be (1) repaired, (2) replaced or I would have to report the incident to police. The agreed upon action was repair. After showing up without the proper tools, Nick stated he would be back in 2 days. He did not show and is now non-responsive to any communication. I've even gone as far as purchasing majority of the items needed to repair the mailbox, only asking him for minimal assistance (4 machine screws and 2 bottles of black spray paint), or if those items couldn't be provided - provide funds to purchase a new mailbox. This review is based on the lack of responsibility and action from the company's technician. First, a hit and run, and then a failure to keep his promise to repair what was damaged. In a home service-related industry like HVAC, Heating, plumbing the technician's actions and words are what people remember, especially as these are mostly high dollar items and repairs. In this case, the action of the technician cast doubt on the overall company in my opinion. If you or your neighbor's property is damaged, will it be remedied? In my case, the answer is no.
These guys do excellent work, and they are FAST. Noticed water leaking through the ceiling underneath my ac unit and called at 12 in the afternoon. Paul came out and had it fixed by 3:30 that same day. If you have an hvac emergency call these guys, they will take care of you.
Very professional young man. Worked around my schedule. As soon as my claim was approved. Mr Aj came out and fix the air the same day.If needed I would definitely use this company again and tell family and friends.I count it a blessing to have people to do what’s right. I was in a dire strait and didn't know who to call. My air conditioner was blowing out hot air. I googled HVAC businesses. It was close to this company's closing time. I was hoping I wasn't too late to get help the same day. I called this company and explained my issue. He was at my home in less than 30 minutes. My AC was running perfectly in about 15 minutes after that. Excellent Customer Service Affordable Prices And Effective Efficient Service is why I would recommend this company to anyone. I am confident and proud to say that I can rely on AJ's HVAC&R LLC to meet my air conditioning needs.

Very happy with the furnace replacement, house has never felt this cozy, and we are so pleased that they went out of their way to get us some emergency heat until the next day installation and at a very reasonable price. Thanks AJ'S. Highly recommend this company.

I've been a loyal customer for AJ's HVAC&R LLC for 5 years. During that time they have completed multiple tasks for me and my grandparents. From fixing dryers to putting in a whole new air conditioner units & etc. Their customer service is the best and very dependable. They answered questions weeks after the project were done. Have tried other air conditioning companies and was given the run around about waiting on parts, etc. A friend of mine recommended A . J.' s. , gave the company a shot and never looked back. They were very efficient and knowledgeable about my unit. Would highly recommend them.

I am so pleased with this company. I have had 2 problems with my air this year and they have gone above and beyond to make sure my air was back working the day I called in my claim. Both times they were completely booked and still made it to my house by 9:30 PM to make sure my family had air.
