Ajs is absolutely incredible! I called when another company No showed on me and I’m so so glad I did! From the moment I called, the service was on point! The receptionist was friendly and listened to me. They showed up an hour later and exactly when they said they would. David was so professional and trustworthy! I would give this company 10 STARS! They are awesome! Thank you so so much!!

Five stars for the last visit after quickly replacing a part after the unit they installed broke down after three years. Only cost a few hundred. I wasn't entirely happy with the original installation. They did jump through some hoops to get a unit installed, but they ended up installing some unneeded parts we didn't agree to and wouldn't give me a certain discount they agreed to beforehand (since they gave me the "free" duplicate part). Whatever. Not entirely transparent, but otherwise great to work with.
Thank you so much AJ for coming and fixing our AC when our contracted company wouldn't even answer the phone in 90+ degree heat!! It took him longer to walk from the truck to the unit then it did to identify the problem and fix it!! He came when he said he would and for a busy momma that's a big deal!!! If you need AC work call AJ!
they are not open 24 hours!
Jose got here around 8 pm and worked until 11pm last night to fix our a.c. I have a newborn and it had been a hot few days, pollen coming in from open windows, baby and i were pretty miserable without ac. I really appreciate Jose working so hard to fix it!

I've used AJ's at 2 homes now and they are consistently reliable, professional, cost-competitive, and great problem solvers. They maintain my system now and have done a full (complicated) replacement as well. I trust them to figure out the problem, propose a solution, and help solve it!

They arrived within the promised time and they were very polite and respectful. They were able to accomplish their cleaning service by taking the parts outside the home. Therefore , we did not experience any unwanted dirt or debris within the home. We would recommend AJ's Heating and Air Conditioning.

Stephanie is always professional and quick to communicate. It’s been hard to find an a/c vendor this good and as a property manager for 200 homes they are part of my team. I never write reviews but had to HIGHLY recommend.

I placed a call to AJs on a Tuesday morning, during our first DC heatwave of the summer. Liz was super friendly and helpful and scheduled a tech to come to my condo the next day. I couldn’t believe they could fit me in!! Window for arrival was 2-6pm and I received a call and text he was on his way, promptly for a 2:15 arrival! My HVAC unit is on the roof, accessed through a skylight and Jose, who arrived in a mask and shoe covers was SO kind, fast at his craft and took the time to step me through what he was doing and the cost was made clear. I was blown away with the service and ease of doing business with this vendor! I will definitely use them as my HVAC team going forward and refer them 100%! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you AJs for you great service!!!
What can I say... From the office to their techs... Nothing but quality work with quality service...I'm picky with who enters my home and treats my HVAC unit....AJs has been phenomenal from the start... Definitely recommend them...trust me when I say....you'll be living life at the right temperature!
AJ came recommended from a friend to give us a second opinion from a competitor company. He checked over our AC units and said we didn't need to spend $10,000 for replacements, which was what the other company recommended. Thank you AJ & Brian for helping us and winning us over to your company!!
