Angel came in a did a very thorough assessment of my A/C problem. He came up with the solution so consequently we’re up and running as per normal.

Called AirWorks Solutions for an inspection of our 43 year old furnace…was fortunate to get Bill G as our tech…very knowledgeable and helpful …in fact we are having him come back next week to perform the recommended maintenance…highly recommend…

Bill and his partner added an air filter to our newer system to help with pollen. The bigger filter has cut down the ambient noise from the air intake. That's new, good and unexpected. We had several choices for our new HVAC system. We were lucky to come across AirWorks. They hire good people that are neat and polite. Thank you.
Need to reschedule appointment. After technician worked on furnace a considerable amount of time , we discovered the gas had been turned off to the house following gas line maintenance on the street. Hadn’t noticed it since I had been gone a few days . Unfortunately, I was charged a diagnostic fee although I had a maintenance plan.
AirWorks is the perfect solution ! Impeccable communication. Angel is Very professional. Explains everything as needed. We signed up for their maintenance plan making sure my system is checked every 6 months before the winter and summer season
The process to schedule an appointment and get someone out was fast and easy. The tech was friendly and even wore shoe covers, which was a plus. The fuse had blown on my thermostat. He fixed it and insisted that he installed the thermostat as well even though I said I can take care of that later. I would have liked communication as to what the price difference would be from the original quote before doing anything, but that didn't happen. Since then, they have been extremely aggressive with up-selling texting me 4 different times until I asked them not to text me anymore. Apparently, that was an invitation to start calling instead.
Excellent customer service by the technician Edwyn. Edwyn displayed professionalism by showing great knowledge of the new system I had in my home, it was a system that included a motherboard. He was able to figure out what issue i was having very quickly which ended up being a trip in the system. He was courteous, cleaned up the little debris that fell from the attic. Because of the new system i had, he recommended that i protect it by installing a surge protector, which i had him install. Very much appreciated. Top notch service. Thank you Airworks, you have excellent techs!
Edwyn arrived on time, was courteous, and explained everything throughout the system check. He took the time to make sure we had answers to all our questions.
Angel did the initial work and Edwyn did follow up work. They were both great. The whole company is honest, efficient, and reasonably priced.
