New system works great.
My AC was broke it was $130° in my house I didn't know what to do it was 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night I called your works and Clint showed up they are very reliable and the cheapest in town I ended up having to get a brand new system but he fixed my AC to get me through the night I highly recommend air Works Air Conditioning they have great service and are very neat and clean they even had doggie treats for my dog trust me call airworks

I was having trouble with my A/C system. I called AirWorks Air Conditioning and they were able to come out the same day. They diagnosed the problem and replaced my freon in a very timely manner. The service was very professional and the technicians were very friendly. I would definitely use them again!
I called AirWorks because my AC was not cooling my home. I had tried to fix it myself but couldn't figure it out. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with me, and they found that there was a problem with the electrical wiring in my home! They were able to fix it for me, and now my AC is working great!
Great service an great customer service
Terrible customer service, CLINT came to our house to fix AC issues, we explained we only wanted a diagnostic in which he originally diagnosed the problem as being low on Freon without even checking our Freon gauge. At the end of the service, I once again stated that I just wanted the diagnostic. He later asked for my card, and I got a alert stating he tried to charge me over 400 dollars instead of the diagnostic, after confronted, he explained that he already added 2 and a half pounds of the Freon but we had a THV valve issue that had to be replaced. He said the labor for the THV was 2500 dollars. The very Next day, I called “Ogeechee Heating and Air” for a second opinion to look at it, to which he said we were over 2 and a half pounds of Freon, and way over our normal pressure but confirmed it was a THV valve that locked up. But said it would only cost 500 DOLLARS to replace, not 2500 dollars. I would NOT recommend this company. CLINT is a thief and tried to take advantage of us, and this is my honest review. Don’t waste your money or time, call someone else. I confirmed, this company’s workers get paid by percentage of what they bill their customers. I can’t speak for every worker, but Clint has robbed us of our money and is a literal thief. Liberty Heating and AC Repair called my wife and offered her money back as long as SHE removed HER honest review. So here is MINE, if anyone needs proof of their fraudulence, message me, I can back up my claims with invoices from both companies. They will avoid any confrontation to any issues, and will ignore the problem.
Our experience with Airworx began last week when Technician Logan showed up to service our AC. He was extremely professional and respectful. I casually asked him whether Airworx would provide me a free estimate for a new system (two units). He immediately called and a comfort advisor showed up about an hour later at our house. The comfort advisor, Jim, also was very professional, respectful, and courteous. But, beyond that, he spent over 5 hours in the attic and talking to me to explain to me what needs to be done and what my options were. After that, he gave me detailed and precise quotes for three different systems. I felt so much trust towards Jim and Airworx that I didn't even try to get quotes from other places. All I did was research the three different carrier systems that Jim gave me quotes for. Furthermore, I asked Jim if I could get a discount if I chose to get two new units (not just one) installed. Within a day, Jim got me a new quote with a very good discount. By the end of the day, we decided to go with Airworx. Jim showed up again so that we sign the agreement to do the installation. While here, he called and scheduled a time for the installation. About four days latter the installation began. For the two units and duct work, the installation took 3 full days. In each of these full days, both technical doing the work, Hector and Thomas, were very professional and courteous, just like Logan and Jim. They were very respectful and quiet while doing all the work. Any time I had a question, Hector explained things to me (I was curious about things). When they were done, it took a few minutes to get all the paperwork signed, to get all the info materials, and to pay the bill. All in all, an outstanding experience and I highly recommend Airworx (I worked with two other companies before and I wouldn't recommend either; I won't list their names here).
