We had Cody and he was amazing! Unfortunately he had to come out a couple of times, but the second time he wouldn't leave until he found and fixed our problem! He let us go from thinking we were going to have to get some window units to fixing out AC better than it was before! Will definitely be using them if I ever need it again!!
as a beginning when you called There office they lying to you until the time they doing the service and after that they give you a warranty and Good luck run around iiiiii and after that they charge in the meantime they do not finish the job in the past few months I'm avoiding to having negative review but these people as the owner of a company He do not care I left a few messages to speak with the owner of company no one respond they're called lack of just less than7 months I pay these guys $700 and they charged of my warranty company almost $500 they AC is still doing the same things and I've been living a few messages no respond🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
WORSE COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!This company is the worse company I e ever had to deal with!!! They have been to my house 6 times and my AC still does not work...very quick to charge me for a new system 2 months ago, but since then it has been a weekly ordeal...every week a different technician and a different excuse... and we still don’t have a reliable system...

They came out to my residence on Friday AM and told me that I needed new evap coils. 4 days later I have not been able to get a written quote as to how much it will cost. I was also told that I could just buy a new AC. I asked for a written quote for that as well. I still don't have that either. I have called my company that contracted them 6 times and they keep asking for this report. I find it interesting that they were all about charging me for things until I asked for it in writing. What a scam! Do not buy your AC from these people.
Not sure about this company? They were my 2nd opinion, and stated I needed more than the 1st expert ...actually said I need a new unit! Their price is $4k more than the competition for said unit. If I fix the unit their price was $3k more than the competition because they said the compressor needed to be replaced, but I don't recall him turning the heater on?!🤔 I would not recommend based on price!
I gave 1 Star because the technician was a very nice guy. The supervisor however a completely different story. They sent a tech out and he couldn’t complete the job and actually made it worse, it was actually working before he came and wasn’t when he left, then they said they could get someone out sometime after 2pm with no specific time and I told her I needed someone sooner because we are in triple digit weather and it would be way too hot before then. She proceeded to tell me if I couldn’t handle it then maybe I should go somewhere, I can told her if I want sick and with two small children I would! She got rude and I did as well and then she told me she was canceling my appointment and I could call someone else! I asked her to send the guy back to fix whatever he messed up and she said no and hung up! Very unprofessional and no integrity! If she had one ounce of humanity she could not leave a sick woman and two small children in this heat without A/C, that mind you they messed up! We did call someone else and guess what they came the same day and took care of us! Found out their technician fried our compressor!
Absolutely AWFUL. This company came to service my AC unit thru American home shield. The Tech had to call someone else because he didn’t know what he was doing. He added 2 pounds of Freon and said that’s it. Well 2 weeks later my A/C goes out AGAIN. I call these guys back and get this as a response.. “we can send someone out Thursday” ITS MONDAY!! So I waited patiently the first time but this was unacceptable. I have an 8 month old daughter and we just moved out to Texas. No family and no place to go. They say.. we’re sorry there’s nothing we can do. I ask for a manager and because I was “frustrated and using foul language” she HUNG UP ON ME!!!! So I called American home shield and they canceled my service with this company and had someone sent out from (David Weckar Heating and Air Conditioning) the next day. The AC technician did a much better job inspecting our unit and found that we had a leak and rusted coils!! These clowns didn’t even catch this!! Our entire unit needed to be replaced and all these guys said was.. you just need Freon. I would avoid this company at all costs. I was not easy to deal with on the phone but this is not how you treat a customer who you just serviced two weeks prior. BBB has been contacted and I hope this review will save the next person from using this company.
Made appointment, no one ever showed even with a four hour window. Then office manager Kelly denied ever setting up appointment or speaking to me even tho I have record on my phone of a four min conversation an hour after she left message to set up appointment.
Awesome place sad to see that it's gone. But now that it's one hour. Only good things will happen.
paid &7,200 on HVAC system was told (and have paperwork stating) "60 months no interest" statement from wells fargo comes 15 days later and it's "really" 48 months. the markup on these things is obscene. highest price i could find wholesale for the air handler and the condensor was @$2800 i paid $5,700 (for parts) i'm unclear if this is standard "in the industry" or not >100% markup.....

Last week Ollie was here and today Matt came out to fix separate A.C. issues.both of these technicians were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They fixed the issues and even verified the condition of the other components. I highly recommend this Airwise and these technicians!
My technicians were Mike and Ali... Let me just say the service was amazing!!! Everything was done so fast and they got my air condition up and running in no time! They arrived within the hour of me calling. The best part is it didn't cost me any arm and a leg! They kindly walked me throughout the process on what happened and how to keep the issue from happening again. Thank you again and if you're looking for great everything give these guys a call!!!!
My ac was not working and my dog was really feeling the heat. I called in and spoke to Stacy, who assured me that they could have someone out tonight. Eric H was my technician. He had me fixed in no time. He answered all my questions and even rinsed the outside of the unit for me. I hope not to need emergency service again, but if I do, I want Eric to be the one to come out. I felt like my questions were dumb, but he assured me they were not dumb and typical normal questions that people had. I am totally satisfied with the service given to me from the time I called and when Eric left.
4/18/2017-Eric knows his stuff & answered all my questions ...had an excellent experience with him fixing our office A/C at Simply Self Storage in Carrollton. This guy will get you cooled down in a hurry! December 2016-Jose came to my rescue here at Stonebrook Simply Self Storage in Frisco Tx and saved the day...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUY!!!

Jose Zubia is a great technician. He is a very patient person. I do not have any AC experience and he took the time to explain what I need to know.

Wonderful service! Our heater went out at 9:30pm. We have twin 4 month old boys and needed it fixed fast. Jose made it to our house in less than an hour and got it repaired quickly. Thank you so much!!! I would definitely recommend AirWise to anyone.
