Cory Bay came to our (very difficult to find) rural home and found it easily. He called to let us know when he would be there. He diagnosed the problem with our A/C in terribly high temperature without complaint or seeming stressed by the effort. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. We will not only use Airtron for any and all HVAC needs, we will request that Cory be our technician!

Airtron installed my system for our builder 7 years ago and we have been on their maintenance plan for twice a year since then. They have kept my units up and running effectively and maintained. Today Augustine Diaz II came out for my maintenance, took his time to do it correctly, blew out my AC overflow lines that go to my sinks with high pressure and put vinegar down the lines as well to help prevent sludge. He also replaced my filters I had purchased and gave me a full run down of everything he checked and found. Augustine was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Airtron for your service needs!

Woke up to a hot house as AC died sometime during the night. Called AirTron and they said they would get someone out same day. David P called later that day and informed me he would be on his way. I described what had happened and he was able to diagnose it and grab a part from the truck. Air was back on and working. thankful it was an easy and fast fix.

So far, I’ve had a bad experience working with Airtron. This company needs to get it together in terms of their logistics. My house is a year old, so the fact that my unit broke down already is incredibly frustrating. Taking a full week to repair a unit does not seem like a reasonable time to me. I’ve been without aircon for 5 days and they still cannot come fix my issue for an additional 2 more days. I work from home and have a pup so I’ve had to move to a new location for our safety. I hope working with them in the future has a better outcome than this experience.
