Hottest day of the year fixing to have our house inspected to sell and our AC goes out. Called Air tech, and had a phone call after 30 minuets, within 1 hour (all after 4pm) our air was fixed and as good as gold. Derek was our technician and was a nice as they come, great customs service.
I originally gave these guys 2 stars. When Troy owned this company, they were awesome, and after he sold the business, they were still reasonably priced and got someone out pretty fast when I had a problem, but I've had 2 techs out 2 different times in the last 3 months to diagnose and fix the same problem. Today we had same issue again. Originally, I called Paschal, but my husband wanted to give Air Tech a chance to make it right. They sent out a supervisor who did a thorough check of our system. It's fixed and I appreciate them taking the extra steps to make sure we were satisfied. We will keep using AirTech.

A few years ago, our air conditioner went out. Another well-known, larger company gave us a quote for over $9K to replace it - they said it was irrepairable. We called Airtech for a second opinion; they repaired it the same day for a few hundred bucks, and it's been running perfectly ever since. A company with integrity, I highly recommend Airtech. They are prompt, professional, and do a great job.
We had a malfunction with our condensate pump that caused significant water damage. AirTech came out after hours and helped us promptly fix the pump. Great experience.
