I contacted abe because my A/C wouldn’t cut on during an extremely hot day and we had already gone days without a working A/C They came out immediately diagnosed the issue and gave me a proposal to fix it quick. They were back out within a day and had installed a brand new A/C and now my house is even cooler than it was before. During the course of the job he found some things could potentially be an issue in the future and got them addressed for us. Cannot say enough good about this company but one thing that stuck out the most to us was how honest and straight forward they were. It is extremely hard to find these days and the level of customer service they provide is almost non existent. If you are looking for an honest hardworking contractor, this is your company. Thanks for everything guys!!!

Air Surge installed the new AC at my house. During install, there was a small mistake that caused a refrigerant leak. Abe came out and repaired the connector and recharged the refrigerant within 24 hours of calling! Great service and accountability. Abe cares about his business and the services he puts his name to.

I have renovated many homes all of them that needed a new HVAC unit I used Air Surge. They have probably installed over 50 units on the homes that I renovated. Abe and Jesse are very courteous and professional and they install an outstanding product. They have done many maintenance repairs for me as well. They have good quality great pricing and a great to deal with. They get it done and they get it done right, dealing with air surge is the way to go!!!!
I love when I find a company that is veteran owned and operated! Not only is it a way for me to thank them for their service, but I know they take pride in their work. Professional, detail oriented, and fair. Air Surge is all of these and more. I was so stressed when my ac went out. I was afraid it was going to be too expensive. Abe calmed me down by explaining all the options I had, and that they offer financing!

Amazing and honest are two words that come to mind for this company. Not only were they on time but fixed all my issues and stayed around to make sure it didn't happen again. If you're looking for an affordable professional company this is the only one I trust.
Good price for the service provided a new blower motor and cleaned my heat exchanger I was surprised at how much can accumulate I know who to call for all my hvac services now
I want to comment on Brad’s post because I personally know Abe with AirSurge. I’m sorry you felt the way you did, but he truly does stand behind his work and always does if it is something they have done prior to. It sounds like he fixed the leak even after the original owners moved out but they don’t guarantee ductwork if they didn’t install, just like any other company.🤷♀️ Abe has added to his team so he isn’t spread so thin. He’s honest and works his tail off making sure his customers are taken care of.
We recently purchased a new home and learned from the seller that our furnace was installed by Air Surge in the Summer of 2021. From the recommendation of the seller, he told us to contact Abe from Air Surge for any issues that pop up with the furnace. We gave Abe a call to look into balancing the flow of air throughout our house. Abe came by and was short with us and seemed to be in a rush, he recommended installing blower fans to help improve the air flow. Abe agreed to come back in a few weeks to do the install. A few weeks later, we discovered a leak in the top compartment of the furnace. I gave Abe a call, hoping to have him come out and take care of the leak. He told me that he did not have the time and to contact somebody else for any further issues with the furnace. Abe said that he would stop by and fix the leak on "good faith", however he never showed up when he said he was going to and never responded to my messages. All of our communication was through text messages, Air Surge does not appear to have a secretary or a way to book an appointment online. Once Abe stopped responding to me, I considered it a lost cause. A company that doesn't stand behind their services does not deserve your business. Air Surge essentially installed our furnace and then wanted nothing to do with it afterwards. Totally unprofessional, look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.
Thank you Abe for keeping our office feeling comfortable this summer. We needed a new AC for way longer than we'd care to admit. The price was right on target and the service was excellent. Thank you again for coming out so fast, we were really impressed.
