Had our air conditioner go out on the hottest of weekends in Texas and they came out promptly on a Sunday and fixed it asap! Love that it’s a family owned business and I’m supporting someone local over a giant corporation. Edit- our ac went out again a week later and we were not able to reach this company. Too bad as we referred to a friend recently and they were so quick and nice initially. Perhaps an answering service would be a good a solution.
In the midst of this unprecedented heat wave, our upstairs bedrooms reached 90 degrees at 9:00pm when our A/C unit stopped cooling on Wednesday afternoon. AIRSTRIKE showed up on Thursday afternoon. That's less than 24 hours!! This is the 1st time we've gotten HVAC service before my family suffered 2 or 3 days because all the big name companies were too busy. Mitchell, an AIRSTRIKE tech, showed up when expected, was professional, 100% prepared and had us cooling off within 30 minutes. I am grateful that I now have an efficient company with an affordable maintenance plan that I can rely on. Thanks, guys. Crisis resolved!

Mitchell's professionalism and knowledge improved the HVAC functioning of our home without excess stress. My husband and I are still very thankful for the peace of mind that Mitchel gave us. I called these guys for my air conditioning and I could not be happier. The woman in the office is absolutely amazing at her job. She fit me into the schedule last minute and she was so polite and friendly. 5 stars just for her. Mitchell came out and fixed my air conditioning just in time before the weather heats up. I will absolutely be calling them again in the future if I ever need hvac service again.
Loved their service and will definitely call again when there is any HVAC issue. Technician, Mitchell, looks young but he was very knowledgeable and explained well. Never rushed and was willing to help and answer on the many questions I had.
I had a great experience with AIRSTRIKE They were very friendly and helpful. They have bilingual staff who helped my non-English speaking family at home understand the service and how to properly use/maintain the new unit we got from them. We were offered plenty of options and found a solution that fit both our budget and needs. Their family-like service made me feel comfortable and worry free. Their work was professional and they offered a great warranty plan included with the installation! They truly took care of us. Our family and friends will be using them again!
