Cannot schedule basic annual service -- no answer and mailbox is often full. Last summer when my system went down, they couldn't respond sooner than 4 days out.
Set an appointment to have my AC looked at (needed a late in the day time since I work an hour from home, which I told them). Left work early to make the appointment and get called 10 minutes out from the house they are cancelling. No reason given. If a company can't make time to keep its appointments then way give them any business. 100% would NOT recommend.
Very responsive, received parts earlier than expected and was able to fit me in schedule for repair soon than expected.

The crew arrived on schedule and knew their product and business. Steve, the owner, was present at job startup, then returned at the end to confirm all was done correctly and that I was satisfied. There were a couple of installation decisions that I felt should be done differently, which I shared with Steve on his inspection. He accepted my comments very kindly and he himself returned the following morning to make the changes I requested. I am very satisfied with their work and plan to use them again in future projects.
Without a doubt the best experience I'v ever had with a contractor in any trade. I am a retired residential/commercial general contractor and Airspeed provided me with the best service I've ever seen. They did what they said they would do and charged what they said they would charge. All in all a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Joe Gonzalez and his team for all of your air conditioning needs

I find it hard to believe that I am the first to review them on Google. What an outstanding company. Incredibly responsive and the first HVAC company to fix an issue we have had for many years. We tried a couple of others with no luck, were recommended AirSpeed by a friend and they fixed our air flow issue. Highly recommended.
