I've used Air Source for over 10 years. Probably had 4 or 5 service calls (replace starter cap, replace defrost board, freon top off, etc) in that time. Finally both units (upstairs and downstairs) developed nonrepairable leaks in 2022 and had to be replaced. Air Source quoted a very reasonable price for Trane replacement units. Because of supply issues in 2022, it took quite a while for my units to arrive. While waiting, Air Source kept my old units running quite satisfactorily during the heat of the summer. New units are now installed and I'm seeing roughly $75 per month in electricity savings over same time in 2022 (Jan ~Mar). I highly recommend Air Source, quick, dependable, reliable, and responsive.
My mother is disabled and has terminal brain cancer. They were Very courteous on the phone. And called back to let us know exactly when would be out to the house. He arrived polite and professional. Very honest and I recommend this company to be your First call if needing HVAC, repair, or any maintenance service!
Had a capacitor go bad on my AC and AirSource came out and replaced it for much cheaper than some of the other guys. On top of that, they have some of the best people skills of anyone I contacted. Big big help and highly recommend
I had my AC unit installed a few years ago and everything was good till this year. My unit is blowing a lot of red dirt throughout my home. I have called them several times to look at the unit, but all they tell me is that it's due to my dogs. The dogs that I have had even before the unit was installed. I am using 2-3 filters a week and my granddaughter, her son's and I have terrible coughing spells, again since the beginning of the year. I am very disappointed in this business and will be looking for someone else to do the bi yearly maintenance.

Thank you so so much AirSource!! My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days we’ve had so far this year. I called 10 different businesses, large and small, and no one has any availability until the next week. I was going out of my mind in my now 85 degree house. They were not only kind enough to see if their tech could come late after hours because he’d work after his shift ended, but then he ended up getting to me by 2:30 that same day!!! I went from looking for a hotel room for comfort to feeling the air kick back on thanks to him!! Highly recommend AirSource for routine and definitely emergency maintenance!! Thanks again!

I used Air Source for the first time this week and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The service and pricing were great and the staff were super personable and accommodating. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future if I’m in need to HVAC repair!

Last Tuesday my air went out. Oh my goodness what do I do. I am a widow and never had to deal with this sort of thing. I called Air Source. They told me someone would be out for an estimate the next day. But said just so you know we are really busy maybe 4 weeks wait. Daryl showed up the next day to see what I needed and gave me my estimate. he was very nice and explained everything. I said any idea how long it will be. He said you have no air I will move crews around so I can get to you ASAP. True to his word Brian Ballenger called me on Friday and they were at my home on Monday. Brian himself came by to make sure everything went well. Then I got to talk to Katie in the office who was great as well. I only gave them 5 stars because I could not give them 10.
The tech that fixed the wire on our thermostat also replaced the batteries in it and a new filter for no extra charge. He went above and beyond. Thank you
It's so comforting to have a company I can trust. Recently I needed some help for a family member in the Upstate. I do not live in the area and had no idea where to start. I found the owner to be super friendly and pointed me in the right direction. When I called the company, I spoke to Katie who went above and beyond to assist me. She not only helped me with the HVAC needs, she gave me a few referrals to other trusted companies that could help us. I am thankful and grateful for Airsource. Trusted and above and beyond great customer service!

These guys are amazing! From start to finish they were on time, courteous and got the job done right. We needed a new system and duct work and our home has never been so comfortable now that our new unit is installed. We had our other unit replaced 2 years ago and I wish I had known about Air Source then. Daryl and Brian spent a lot of time In our crawl space and attic evaluating what was the best option for us and Steve and Gavin did a great job with the installation and clean up. Once the job was complete, Daryl and Brian stopped by to make sure everything was up and running like we wanted. This is the only HVAC company I will use in the future.
