Fantastic service. They got my AC running again, and not a moment too soon with this Vegas heat..... Punctual, professional, no nonsense service. I'll be using them again.
I called these guys for service on my AC unit. Came promptly on time with everything prepared including my freon that i needed. They charged the right price for the freon and the visit, ...but that's not where they exceeded my expectations. The side gate at my house was not accessible , lost my lock key, so he didn't refuse the job, instead he went ahead and climbed the wall to get to the unit with his tools, ...not easy let me tell you ! ...but he did it fast and efficient and finished the job! He went above and beyond LITERALLY !!!! Thank you so much guys !! Robert

Great company to deal with and the best part is they are honest about what you need, and more importantly what you don't need. They never try to upsell you or sneak in hidden charges. I've used them a few times over the years, but I guess the mark of a good company is that I've referred them to friends and family as well, without hesitation.
Doesn’t deserve any stars. Tried to convince me that my 6 year old unit needed to be replaced and my new roof tore up as well ( don’t worry he knows a roofer) $9K + or $160/month for 10 years. Not counting roof repair. Part is still under manufacture warranty. He didn’t even bother to check. The part he replaced last year also has to be replaced. Not a repair company. Just want to make big bucks on installation. Do Not Use. *** Rich told me part was probably not under warranty. Called another company for second opinion. Service Tech told me part is still under warranty, and ordered part.
We absolutely recommend Airria. In the middle of summer in Vegas isn’t the ideal time for AC problems. (I guess there is never a good time for AC issues) But these guys came out right away to our rescue. We needed a new AC unit and we decided to have both replaced because we’ve had issues with both units for years. Replacement was completed quickly for an extremely fair price. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up their work space. My three boys asked them lots of questions and they were patient and kind. They took their time to answer all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. After the installation was complete, they were available for follow up questions. I’d recommend this company to anyone in need of AC service or repair.
Hands down the best company in town for heating/air. Family owned, not corporate. Never an attempt at over selling you, trying to upgrade when not needed. Total honesty, hardwork and empathetic. You need help thats what they will do. They actually care not just about the work and service they put in, but care about their customers. They make the time for anything big or small, no matter what the case may be. If only everyone worked like this and gave their honesty and dedication. Kudos to them, what you believe in and standing by your customers and not just trying to make a sale/commission. Thank you, you will always have my business and the business of my friends and family.

Absolutely superb service. They were able to come out same day when it was 105 outside and 90 degrees in our home. Chris our technician fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. 100% would recommend.
