This company was amazing! We got service within 2 months of calling. Our AC was installed and we are ready for summer. Our sons room was not having cool air, and Jerry promptly came back and unblocked it for us. He was very professional and responsive. Highly recommend this company!
Mark at Airpros is my go to guy for all HVAC needs in the future. He knows what he's doing, has built an A team of installers and technicians. They replaced my furnace with a variable heatpump, furnace and communicating thermostat. Sourcing equipment has been hard, Mark was upfront about it and we had to wait almost 2 months, but eventually we had to scramble and Mark got me a free upgrade when he found out my order was damaged by the factory. They were clean, professional, did a clean job and ensured work was completed on time. Highly recommend them. Thanks!

Sent these guys a request for a quote regarding a ventilation project. Never even received the courtesy of a reply. I guess they ought to be congratulated that business is so good that they can afford to ignore people. That still seems pretty unprofessional to me. Word to the wise, don't bother reaching out to AirPros Energy unless you want to sit around waiting for a response that will never come.
My HVAC project was probably larger and more complicated than most, since I wanted a gas furnace and a heat pump and the house had no existing ductwork at all. I got 3 estimates for this project, and Airpros was 3 or 4 thousand less than one and pretty close to the same price as the other, but with much superior equipment (Lennox 2 stage furnace and the super quiet variable speed heat pump and touch screen WiFi controls). All in all, the installation went smoothly, the way the ducting runs is creative and concealed well, and the equipment works great.
You would think that the billions of dollars that goes into programming the world's most powerful and influential globally shared information infostructure would include a line of code setting a flag when a profile address and business have the identical location. But they didn't and I am giving myself five stars. Woohoo! This would be a lot cooler for me if AirPros Energy wasn't the awesome company that totally has earned every last star and then some. I know. Flag on the play: ILLEGAL RECEIVER; LIKING YOUR OWN STATUS (Ten Lame Penalty...ouch!). Ok..chill! Hey we're all friends here. We can overlook a little bias issue...Right? In fact I think The bigger question here is...? Aww..never mond. The review stands. AirPros IS awesome and amazing and all that. (Although you best give them a call and find out for yourself seeing as there is a very real possibility that bias is at play here). Go Hawks!
Just spoke to Mark about a heat pump issue at my condo. He was very honest to tell me that his company is not a good fit for the job and recommended another company that may be a better fit for the job. I truly appreciate his honesty and willingness to help!
