To find a good company is hard. To find a great company is harder, and to find a great company that's honest and philanthropic is nearly impossible! Until we found AirPoint. We had a previous company use some "scare tactics" to try and tell us how horrible our HVAC system was and that it was going to need a completely new system. After they left, we were not feeling comfortable with what was said. Reluctantly I called AirPoint, and Lizette was helpful and polite, and then she asked Ivan to speak to me about my issue. Ivan went above and beyond, taking time out of his busy schedule to clearly explain and teach me what I needed to know. He's extremely knowledgeable and makes sure your questions are fully answered. They arrived, and their professionalism and hospitality is beyond any I've ever experienced! They walked me through their inspection, gave suggestions, and never used any fear tactics. We hired them to do the work which consisted of new ducts, insulation, and a radiant barrier. Robert, Ivan, and Brian all came and made the process so comfortable and easy! The work is impeccable, their knowledge is unending, and they have a customer for life! A huge bonus of why AirPoint is amazing is because they give back to the community! They give a portion of their proceeds to help various charities in OC. At this time the charity is CASA, which helps homeless children. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with AirPoint to replace our old air conditioning system and to move our furnace into the attic. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic—both professional and informative. The crew was prompt, worked tirelessly to complete our job quickly, cleaned before leaving each day, and friendly and congenial throughout. Quality products, quality craftsmanship, clean and courteous. No need to look elsewhere if you need HVAC work! We had two mini split systems installed (Daikin products) and could not be happier.
A few weeks ago I heard the familiar sound of our extremely loud AC unit kick on, moments later it started making a high pitched noise i had never heard before. I went out to check it out and sure enough the fan wasn't turning and the unit was burning up. I immediately reached out to company to get a tech out, after questionable recommendations I decided to get a second opinion. I found AirPoint and connected with Robert over the phone and explained to him what issue I was having. He was so good that he diagnosed the issue over the phone and basically confirmed what the other tech had found without me telling him I had someone look at it already. I asked him for recommendations and he wanted to make sure to see my home and current situation before he did. On short notice he was able to accommodate my request to come later in the day when i was home from work. He pointed out several issues of our overall system and the lack of efficiency we had going on. We are in our forever home we bought a couple of years ago so it was important for me to do what was right for the long term. We agreed a path forward based on his recommendations on Friday and on Monday his team was in my home right at 8:00 AM on the dot as promised. Bryan was professional and explained everything they would be doing in detail while the team went through and covered every inch of flooring and furniture in the areas of work. Every one of the AirPoint team that walked past said hi with a wave and a smile, loved that part. I left to work that day and when I came home i actually forgot that had a big team of AC installers all throughout my house and my attic. There was not a trace of dust or mess anywhere. The only time i remembered was when the new condensing unit kicked on and I heard virtually nothing! Our house cooled down faster than it ever had because of the additional intake vents that they installed and the adjusted duct routing and vent locations made our great room comfortable throughout and
Robert came by initially for the estimate. He was very professional, explained what would be done and how long it would take. Ivan too was very professional. He supervised the work at the house. He again explained the process and how long it would take. When the days work was completed the house was clean and neat, as if no one had been there. When the job was completed, Ivan returned to explain how to use the thermostat and make sure I had no more questions. Will definitely recommend.
Great customer service and product review. The AirPoint team is kind, courteous, thoughtful and thorough. They completed a full system replacement of the AC, Heater (with all associated parts), ducting with zoning and a second thermostat for upstairs. When they finished, there was no visual evidence that they had been working for 2 days... only the wonderful, regulated temperature throughout the house. Now the upper level is not 4 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. The System has been up and running for the last 6 weeks with no issues or concerns. We love our new AC and happy that we went with AirPoint.
After the company our home warranty sent out said we only needed to replace a part, we found out the hard way that we actually needed to replace our AC all together. We called AirPoint along the way and they counseled and guided us without any pressure of using them or hidden agendas. Robert was knowledgeable and he made things easy to understand and ultimately helped us decide what we needed to have done. We got scheduled in just a few days and the team showed up right on time and were ready to get started. I work from home and my have a nanny here watching my 7 month old - I was pleasantly surprised how well they took care of my home (covering all the floors and furniture and vacuuming up every piece of drywall) and respected our space. Every person here was so nice and explained things that were happening along the way. I would highly recommend AirPoint for all the reasons I listed above.
I had a great experience with AirPoint. Their team was professional and efficient during the installation of my AC & Heating unit. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and my home is now the perfect temperature even on the hottest days. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend AirPoint for all your AC or heating needs.
We suffered through last summer without AC and vowed to have AC installed before another summer came around. So glad we went with AirPoint to do this job for us. It was a huge task of abatement, some ducts being replaced, new furnace…ALL THE THINGS! They were so efficient and clean. They took the time to do things the right way instead of just being done quickly. Now our house will finally be livable this summer and we are so thankful! Definitely recommend AirPoint for all your heating and cooling needs! Excellent service, quality and price.
Wow! I cannot say enough good things about how great this company is! I love that they are professional, take pride in their work and their company. Installation was done quickly, beautifully and they cleaned up after they were done each day. All the guys were hardworking, professional, and so nice! Encountered an employee of this business within the community, driving their company truck. While this has nothing to do with the service they provide HVAC systems, personally, I do not support businesses whose aggression and road rage while driving create fear and danger. Please consider the safety of the community you serve while rushing to get to your clients in a timely manner.

Are you looking for a trusted HVAC company? Airpoint is it!!! Not only do they have a easily accessible appointment scheduler online but they were at my door within 24 hours of scheduling my appointment. Robert and Ivan never tried to oversell us but we’re honest and personally showed us what was needed to get our AC working again. Friendly, local, trustworthy, reasonably priced!
Had to have AirPoint come out today and service our very-old system. The girl who answered the phones was friendly and knowledgeable. They got us on the schedule right away and the service guys automatically gave us the heads up text before heading to our place. They fixed our system and even replaced our filter. They cleaned up after themselves and let us know they were done. Our estimate was accurate, no BS, no up-selling. In and out. Review #2: Our tenant’s dinosaur of a furnace died right in the middle of this ice age of a SoCal winter we’re having. Called my people at AirPoint and let them know we were having an emergency as my tenants have young children. They squeezed us into their schedule and we had a new furnace a few days later. The work was very clean and the equipment is tip top. Tenants were very happy and impressed with the work. 2 for 2, AirPoint. Great job!
Airpoint is the “go to” heating & air conditioning company if you like “top notch” service. Ivan & Bryan spent a long day at our house installing a new heater. It was done professionally and courteously. They cleaned the work area once they were finished and you would never know they had done all they did. Two days later, they came back to check on the new vent pipe just to make sure the rain wouldn’t seep through. Airpoint is an honest, professional, and great company. I’ll use them again and will recommend to anyone needing hvac service. Thank you Airpoint!!
This company put insulation on our attic. These guys are the greatest. Here on time, worked fast and efficiently, cleaned up after work was finished, kept me informed of progress with pictures and videos as work was being completed. I would highly recommend them.
Robert and his staff explained everything in detail and worked in a timely manner. They put in a radiant barrier and insulation and now we can deal with the weather and lower our utility bills. What a pleasant experience!
Airpoint heating & air conditioning came to are rescue. We have a very old and run down HVAC unit. Airpoint came out on time and dressed professionally. Ivan and his helper Jeremy were knowledgeable and gave us a whole break down on what they serviced. Airpoint did a complete tune up. Fixed are leaky compressor, topped off are refrigerant coolant, rewrapped are coolant pipe where the form or wrapping was just deteriorating, also replacing are fillers and cleaning are system in the attic. They also gave us professional help to make are out of date unit more efficient. Airpoint looks and does great quality and honest work. Thank You!
Let me start with these guys were amazing from start to finish. I had an issue with my heater and they came out to address it. They got it up and working that same day! I was explained everything upfront and to the point. That same day I asked for replacement options and even with that It was quick and painless. we ended up replacing everything with a more efficient system and ductwork. It was such a great experience.
The Airpoint team with Robert, Bryan and Ivan did an exceptional task of replacing the air ducts and insulating the attic..As scheduled, they arranged for the removal of the old ducts and did the new one, within the scheduled time.
