My upstairs floor was not heating. I found and hired this company from Craigslist. The technician name is Keith. He troubleshoot and diagosed a bad condensor fan. He stated that the bad fan was an incorrect model. He sold me a fan with labor for $675. After the installation, the upstair floor gets cold air but now the condensor noise is twice as loud. I called him the next day to report the noise. He said he can't help me. He admitted over the phone that he was aware of the loud noise. He didn't brought that to my attention when was working on it. He said if comes out to fix the noise issue, he will charge me extra. I don't think he is a professional and I don't recommend him.
They are the worst!!!! Don’t not recommend. They took advantage of my 67 year old dad and he’s a cancer patient 🥺 he promise the ac would be fixed and the house will be cooler, but it’s working the same way he also gave us a full warranty and says he will not do anything about it? He took $700 from my dad and my dad even gave him extra $ he totally took advantage of us and I will get Justice! He even accused my dad of lying...... he’s a scammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
