We had an issue come up with our AC the night before leaving on a long trip out of town. The choice to call Scott was an easy one as he is the only party I would trust to diagnose and repair the issue with us being out of town. He put us on his schedule immediately, and I got a text less than a day later that my home was cooling again. It was SUCH a relief to know that we would not be coming home to an oven of a house! When we got home, you couldn’t even tell that he had been there. Thank you Scott!
We recently had an issue with our HVAC unit not functioning properly, a quick call to Scott saved the day. Scott was immediately able to instruct my husband on what to do temporarily over the phone to stop the issue before he got there. Once he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem. Scott was honest and thorough in explaining the issue. He got everything up and running great, even following up a couple of days later. We really appreciated that Scott was willing to fix the problem rather than just pushing us to get a new unit, regardless of ours being a bit older. Highly recommend!
