Troy was great. Always on time, always professional, always a notification to verify he was on the way, and always reliable. My insurance company required a three visit process and Troy was patient throughout it and kept me updated every step of the way. ​I couldn't have been happier with Airman and Troy was absolutely top notch.

This is one amazing company that I am proud to provide a review for. As a single mom it can be scary to navigate the waters when in need of repairs. This is a company that does the right thing, can be 💯 % trusted, is professional, has very reasonable pricing and even provides follow after the job is completed! Obviously I am no less than grateful to have had this experience with Airman 🤗!

It took a week to get service. Getting to speak to someone is nearly impossible. They want to send an email. They sent an inexperienced repair person. Constantly took pictures of the system and requested assistant via phone. Took over 3 1/2 hours. He said the filter is keep the air from flowing into the system. Replaced multiple parts and wires. I hoping my furnace will work this winter. He kept saying he was unsure about placement of wires, needless to say I still need service.

If you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable company look no more! Troy was very helpful and fixed my heating system, that went out right before a major winter storm. I called him, and was at my home in 30 mins. He’s great at job and well informed in his profession.

This is an amazing, honest company! Troy came out for an estimate and let me know the work I thought I needed, wasn’t necessary. The Airman did a wonderful job cleaning and inspecting my AC system. I had previously been told that the humidity issue in my home was just how the house was built, but he found a problem with how my AC unit had been installed and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He obviously takes pride in his work, and is incredibly professional. Additionally, his website is very easy and convenient to use.

My air stopped blowing cold air over night and of course it was supposed to be 91 the next day. I filled out the service request at 3am and by 11:40 am I received a call from Airman saying they were on the way. Everything was quick yet thorough. Underneath my house where the internal stuff is was checked and so was everything on the outside. Airman had the part on hand and was able to switch it out immediately. Now I have cold air again! Highly recommend!

Troy at Airman is the best HVAC service company I have ever worked with. He goes way above what is required and is super knowledgeable in diagnosing issues. He actually knows what he is doing. He also is has very good communication and will call you back. He was assigned by our home warranty company when we had an a HVAC problem. Now if there is an issue, I specifically request him. We also use him for annual maintenance plan to come twice a year and keep our HVAC systems running smooth.

If anyone needs a seriously awesome heating/cooling service, Troy at Airman is the best. Small, locally owned and excellent service. Troy has been there quickly for over 3 years and now has a sweet VIP program that I just signed up for today.
