Kevin was very thorough in everything he did while preforming a system tune up for us. He found issues with our system and communicated the solutions and options available to us and was professional at all times. He had us up and running agian in just a short time. I would recommend Airheads HVAC to anyone, great company.
Andrew was totally professional, updated me on all aspects of the units. Outside and inside the house and attic. Answered all my questions, very knowledgeable. Very pleasant person. He served in the military and so did we, and we appreciate the service he provided us today.
George was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the installation.
First, I would like to commend their communication. Someone answered the phone right away. There is an option to set an appointment online and they'll give a call back. I was given options on my appointment time over the phone and directly told the prices. I received multiple messages letting me know the status of my appointment, who was coming, and how far away they were from both the office assistant(s) and the tech! The technician, Andrew, came out and diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained what was happening and why. I was given options and he talked through them. I appreciate that. My quote ended up being on par with another I had gotten in the area but the quality of service I received made Airheads the place I gave my money. I will definitely be calling them for all my AC needs in the future! Everything is just very transparent with them! Highly recommend giving them a call!

I said it before and I'll say it again. There is absolutely no reason to not use this company. We opted into they're tune up package, which is great in my opinion. It's like an oil change for your vehicle. AirHeads check out your system and help you maintain it. This go around, I requested Kevin to return to our residence. He showed up earlier than expected (he called and asked first). Went over everything as expected and came back with not so great news (not his fault or mine). My system is pretty old and outdated so it's to be expected, to not get grand news. The fact that he went through and checked everything out throughly, also took pictures and footage to show and tell (we're actual photos/videos of my system, not a playback of something else)... To make it as transparent as possible. I really appreciate his work and the company as a whole. We will have to have some work done and you bet your tail...I'm going with Airheads and hope Kevin will still be with this company for some time. Kevin is professional and personable. Broke it down to me from top to bottom. He didn't bother me or grill me with sales, scare tactics, false information or any junk that wasn't important. I've said enough alright...just trust me on this. If you're not going with AirHeads, you probably have air in your head vs air in your home/business...and that's just terrible...like a deflated balloon, sad.

Submitted a request for a technician to come look at our AC that has been working on and off. The request was submitted on Tuesday June 20 and they promptly showed up the next morning. When they came out the tech went through the diagnostic process and told us that it was the fan motor that wasn’t working anymore and we needed to stop running the AC or risk having to replace the whole system. The technician said he would order the fan motor, but unfortunately it wouldn’t be in until Thursday 22 June or Friday 23 June at the latest and that he would personally come out and install it. We paid the 10% upfront cost of the part in addition to the service call which came out to over $200. We were fully expecting for our air conditioning to be up and running by Friday 23 June at the latest. After I got off from work around 5 o’clock on Friday I still hadn’t heard from the company so I decided to call their office to see if they could give me a time window the technician may come out. The person (Lauren) answering on the phone said she could put in a request for a call back but she had no way of knowing if it would happen over the weekend or Monday. The main office was closed until Monday. It is now Saturday and I still haven’t received a call. It is 98 degrees outside and feels like 105, we have a 1 year old who can barely sleep at night because it is so hot in the house. I understand that things come up but it seems like this company loses interest in their customers once they collect their initial fees. Their voicemail offers a callback service and they never actually call you back, you sit on hold for a couple minutes and then expect a call back that never happens. Had I known that our AC wouldn’t be fixed for almost a whole week I would’ve gotten a second opinion or tried something else. By far the most unprofessional company out here. It is crazy that they lie to their customers. My wife specifically asked if the tech could guarantee the part would be here by Friday
Kevin is absolutely a very well trained HVAC technician. He provided me outstanding service.
I felt all of my questions and concerns were heard, addressed, and solutions were given. I liked the transparency and clarity. Very knowledgeable and the safety of the team in extreme temperatures was a high priority. That standard of care goes a very long way.
I wish the tech had found the reset switch on his first visit. It would have saved a lot of discomfort. Still, finding it now did save on the replacement part and labor.
Great experience! Part had to be ordered and special effort was made to expedite it. Responsive, informative and professional. Cody is great and office personnel helpful and friendly.
Cody was very helpful and informative regarding the things I could do as a homeowner as well as setting up a cost effective plan for future maintenance. Highly recommend Airheads HVAC!! Looking forward to my next service and future HVAC additions in my home.
