Our heater went out during the polar vortex and we contacted a local HVAC company to come out and repair our heat. They came out and repaired it and it worked for all of 10minutes after they left. We had a water pipe burst and the water went all into the unit causing it to shut down. We contacted the local company and they came back out and looked at it. They advised us that we would need an entire new unit. Thankfully at the advise of a friend, we were told to contact Air-fordable for a second opinion before we replaced the heater. They came out and looked at the unit and repaired it almost immediately. So grateful to this company for your great work and honesty. Our heater is stronger than ever and we didn’t have to put out a massive amount of money to replace anything! We will definitely use them again if neeeded. We highly recommend this professional company.
