I wish I could give more stars to this company. In particular, I have to give extra praise to the technician, Prentice, who was punctual, friendly, and kept us well informed during the entire diagnosis of our HVAC problems. I would not hesitate to use Airforce One again and I will recommend them to anyone.
Airforce One was upfront an honest about the problems with my particular brand of refrigerator. He discussed the diagnosis and repair steps in great detail, further showing his honesty and commitment to his work. Though my problem was a refrigerator/freezer, he’s also able to upgrade HVAC systems. I highly recommend Airforce One Refrigeration.
Had Airforce One come out to check evaporator coils for smell. Mr. Wimes was able to diagnose the issue and provided invaluable information on how to fix the issue. This is best HVAC service company I have ever worked with and definitely recommend to whoever needs his services.
Had them come out to look at my AC yesterday, and boy was I impressed by the fantastic customer service and professionalism. Absolutely recommend!
I did not use their services, so I can't speak for that, but if your website claims "we provide 24-hour, round-the-clock emergency residential refrigeration repair so that our customers are not left without adequate refrigeration...That is why we are always ready to go in less than an hour." then I would expect someone to answer the phone. Admittedly I called around 6pm on a Friday, but no answer. Voice mail greeting said to leave my info and someone would contact me within 24 hours. Saturday morning, no word yet. Hours on Google suggest they are open so I call again. No answer. Waited the 24 hours. No callback. I waited until about 10am on Monday, still no callback yet. So I called, and amazingly still no answer. Tried calling one last time and was finally able to talk with someone. I shouldn't have to jump through this many hoops to try to give you money to fix my refrigerator.
The representative was on time and did a great job. is knowledgeable friendly. efficient would recommend them for AC and heater repairs also installation based on their service regards

Professional and honest. This was the 2nd time of doing business. First time replaced an AC unit. This time I had a power surge that took out my heating system among other appliances. I will use this business again. He shows up when he says he will, he educates you so you know what and why the parts are needed to fix the problem. If you want to hire honest, qualified, personable and professional company for your HVAC needs, I highly recommend Air Force One.
Prentice was amazing! Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling so I called LG customer service to claim this under warranty and they gave me a list of certified LG technicians, one being Airforce one. I called and spoke with Prentice who knew what the issue was. Unfortunately I was not able to claim it under warranty due to unforeseen issues however I decided to stay with Prentice and am thankful I did. He was very professional, courteous, had lots of patience with me and the questions I kept asking him and educated me on my fridge as well as HVAC. He was able to fit me in as soon as possible while having a drive to do to get to my location. Not to mention, I think his price was fair compared to other locations I called. I highly recommend him!!!! I will definitely reach out to him for my HVAC maintenance. Oh and he made sure to follow up with me to make sure that all was working well!
The business owner, Prentice, offered to troubleshoot an issue an issue with an older model upright GE freezer. It stopped working 2 days prior, after a temporary power surge. He was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I ordered the part ($75 part on Prime). Two days later, I was able to get the freezer up and running once again, saving it from the scrap yard and saving me from having to shell out hundreds of bucks on a new freezer. Prentice is professional, friendly, kind, and honest. With his level of integrity, I highly recommend using this business for your HVAC and appliance maintenance needs.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to fix my fridge but also explain how I could repair the same issue in the future.
No one answers the phone and no call back to voice message. I guess they have too much business to care about new customers.
I had no AC! It was 106 degrees. I was added to their schedule the next day, 9:00 am, AIRFORCE ONE to the rescue!!! The owner was efficient, knowledgeable, quick, helpful, friendly, and explained the issue clearly. Excellent service! Also very conscientious about COVID-19 prevention. I would definitely recommend!
Prentice with AirForce One HVAC did an excellent job fixing my AC. My warranty company tried to schedule my service a day or two later but when I called Prentice directly he was able to squeeze me in withIn an hour and totally saved the day. He ended up finding three separate problems. He was very personable and professional and most importantly fast! I would highly recommend Air Force One HVAC and plan on using Prentice for any AC problem I ever have in the future. Don’t wast time with any other company....prentice with AirForce One is your affordable AC expert.

He was so friendly and explained everything he was doing to us. He even showed my teenage son who was showing interest in what he was doing. This is the 2nd time we have used Airforce One, and he will be our 1st call any time there is an issue in the future.
Even though I ended up having an unrepairarable refrigerator they went above and beyond with the manufacturer and ended up helping me get a total replacement.
