Great friendly service! Was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and get our furnace up and running in no time. Steve is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone!

Had a gas furnace go out. Called another local company out, they quoted it, I waited two days, they showed up to replace it and left saying it was misquoted and would be more money and would take 4 more days in below freezing temps. Frustrated, I figured I’d go a different route. Called Steve and he came out same day. Quoted it, beat the other companies price and said as soon as the supplier was open on Monday he would have it replaced. Offered a temp heater to keep the house from freezing as well. Showed up Monday as promised. Replaced the furnace and back up and running fast. Great communication. Speedy service. Would use again hands down.
We had an issue at our warehouse and called Steve. I have used him for my home and now for my business. Honest and always has a great price.
Steve is incredibly honest and has gained a customer for life. My furnace was making a bunch of noise. I knew In my head it was a $500-1000 fix. He arrived promptly and evaluated the issue. He found debris in the squirrel cage and removed it. After a thorough cleaning he wrote up my bill for simply that. It made my day. Thank you so much.

Called Steve in a bind and he showed up and found the problem quickly. He didn't try to over charge me or sell me the moon. Fixed my issue quickly. I highly recommend. I am extremely frustrated with the professionalism of this company. I've had a repair of booked for a week and based on reviews and comments from other people I did not schedule any other companies to come out to fix my AC. I told him on the phone that the AC had to be accessed through a window and that I was more than happy to assist him with anything needed. I'm an automotive AC technician and I know my way around AC units but don't have the equipment properly test and repair a heat pump. Due to a minor emergency I was running a few minutes late and let him know well in advance and let him know that the house was open and that I would be a couple minutes behind him. He took one look at the house and sent a text message saying he's too old to be crawling in and out of Windows and that he couldn't help me. What I find unprofessional is that he won't answer his phone or respond to text messages, he just sent that text and left. I told him up front that it was access out of window and then I was willing to do the crawling around and whatever he needed. I had also installed a ladder to make it easy for him to get outside if needed. I find it extremely poor form to just cancel a visit with no communication and no discussion and no alternative options. Tried communicating via text and phone to no avail. He very well may do good work but if you're unwilling to speak to the client on the phone and communicate with them you shouldn't be in business. Especially amid this heat wave when all of us have been struggling to find people. The grandparents don't do so well with heat. I put a lot of trust in him based on reviews and recommendations and that has been completely trashed based on his lack of response and communication. If I thought there was a chance that he would just cancel and bail completely I would have booked another AC company as a backup. 10/10, 100% will use Steven's company again! My unit went out a couple days ago, called around and earliest was 5 days later, in record setting heat wave (perfect timing of course). Saw a community post this morning recommending this company, so I called Air Force One and he made time for me today! Bonus, he had the part despite being pretty gone through the last few days AND fixed out unit in 20 minutes. Huge bonus for nice, knowledgeable, local and professional 👌👍👏🙌
Called Steve early the other day. Our fan had stopped working on our gas furnace. He rearranged his schedule to get our heat back on. Quoted a price fixed the problem for a lot less. Good honest repairman.
