Not sure what is happening. Had HVAC maintenance appt for May 6. Were no-show. Called May 6 and then again May 9 - no response. Wondering if everything is ok? Used company for many years, but from my understanding there are some changes with the company. Not sure what to think.
Air Force mechanical and solar is a top notch company... They immediately came and serviced the AC unit, got it into peak operation conditions at an affordable rate.I recommend Air Force mechanical and solar to anybody who needs HVAC or solar work done.
Called Jim and he came right over, needed heat pump system replaced, he had lowest price with best quality, got the paper work done and made appointment to do the work, took him and 2 of his workers less than 4 hours to remove old system and install new one, just wish they would have removed an older air handler that the previous installers had left behind, he said they would but it’s still sitting up there
I am glad I found Brian and his team. After getting the run around from other companies who do similar work, I spoke with them and they addressed all the concerns I was having in a highly professional way. They got my business because they were ethical and fair. I would highly recommend using their services.
I have had several positive interactions with this company. Got them to install 2 brand new units in my building . Very professional guys. Anytime I call for service, they respond with courteous service. Jim, Ben and Bryan are great guys.

They worked with me on understanding exactly what needed to be done in my home, treated me with respect, showed up exactly when they said they would, and maintained a great line of communication and expectation with my repair. From the initial calls to get pricing to the polite technicians in my home (down to wearing booties inside the house to not bring any dirt in), I was impressed with the level of service provided. Had to make the decision to replace our HVAC units and after due diligence and research, decided to go with Airforce Heating and Cooling. Best decision we made! The installers were prompt, professional, and answered all of our questions! We highly recommend them for any of their services!! Kathleen
Outstanding service. Our unit's Warranty expired one month before an issue occurred which would have normally have been the death of the system; our unit had been maintained and was in good condition. Owner, Jim, came by as his workers said they'd never seen anything like it before. He did a fix outside the norm to buy us time as we weren't in a position to buy a new system and the issue was not normal (Manufacturer defect?) The work he did has continued to work years later allowing us to put off the purchase of a new unit. Any issues have been quickly addressed and corrected. All Praise and Glory to God. We're thankful for this company and the work received.

Look through the books found Air Force heating and cooling. Needed a new duck work in the house and new units. They came out evaluated and gave me an outstanding deal I could not pass up. Employees were awesome very neat very clean!! Kept all their work outside very organized and each time they entered the house they had a little plastic booties on their shoes. It was nice to see that due to babies on the floor crawling. I recommend them highly. V/r Sharon Holdcraft

Very quick when your AC is out! I have a business location, AC went out, had one AC company right down the street come out and diagnose since they were right down the street. Simple part failure on the ceiling unit and they quoted almost $900. Seemed way too high so I call Airforce around 5pm that evening. They came out the next morning and had the part and fixed it for under $300! Super fast and very reasonable on pricing. Always get multiple quotes.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and excellent service of Airforce. Our technician had an exceptional work ethic and was great at walking us through the details of the appointment and work that needed to be done. The office staff was first class all the way!
Excellent job! The tech came at a time that was convenient for me. He was able to diagnose the problem. He fixed the issue temporarily so that they could research the warranty (unit was installed by previous home owner). They got back to me quickly and resolved the issue.
I've had a couple dealings with this company; They were excellent to deal with. I would definitely recommend to work with them as I will in the future.
I am not giving them any star. it is the practice for companies like this to charge you a dispatch fee, but, usually the dispatch fee becomes part of the payment if you decide to hire them. and if you decide not to hire them, you have to pay the dispatch fee. But this company charges you the dispatch fee on the top of the repair fee. you feel like you are cornered and you don't have a choice and if I bring someone else, I have to get screwed again. it is a loss-loss situation.
If I could give zero stars I would! This company was contracted by my home warrenty company. They sent a tech out who said the problem with my ac was that my filter need changing and was dirty. So he changed it. House was still hot at 83 degress with thermostat at 60. He come back next day and check unit, attic vents, and filter again to tell me nothing is wrong and it's just hot outside. I had to stay in hotel that night bc my asthmatic nephew was getting sick. Next day he called and told me to wait it out!! WTF!! I was so fustrated I called another company recommended by a coworker and that guy came out, said there was a huge hole in my vent in attic (now Air Force told me my vents were fair and old but ok). This other company welded whole in vent and now my house is cold again and we are finally comfortable in this heat!! My thermostat finally reading 74 with it set at 70!! Cold air is being pushed from my vents the way it should no thanks to Air Force. How can u be a tech and miss something as small as that!!?? Do not hire this company to do any type of work in ur home. They have incompetent lazy workers and if it wasn't that I had home warrenty, I would have never delt with them the second time. So take my warning...STAY AWAY!
