I love this place
Tim and Braden were awesome! They were professional, on time and great about communicating. We have an old system that needed some serious TLC and they handled the job quickly and with care. We'll definitely be using Aire1 again for future AC projects. Thanks guys! We love our super cold AC!!

Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. I have a very old HVAC system. I had them replace the fan blades, fan motor, and install a compressor saver. I am looking to get another year or two of life out of this beast. But when the time comes I will 100% have Aire1 back to install a new unit!
I now use Aire1 for all of my Heating and A/C needs. THe company is responsive, will work to get scheduling that is fast and get there quickly. Casey was able to work on multiple thermostat updates, as well as trouble shoot wiring from an older installation, and went to work rewriting in the attic, the wall, and the thermostat, ensuring it was correctly grounded and the “safety” was on in the attic. Very pleased with the work and how it was all explained and was Also given operating hints and what to look for /and routine care. This is your AC/Heating company !!
Today Casey came by to install a new pan for our AC unit. He was very polite, finished the job very quickly and professionaly. I highly recommend Aire1. A few days ago, we had Antonio here from this company who did system cleaning and inspection. Same great service from him as well. Both men were very courteous an professional. Cyle & Casey helped replace my HVAC Compressor today. Both were super professional, showed up right when they said they would, and because I had an older unit they ended up having to work on it a bit longer than they hoped. Still maintained great attitudes and were super friendly. They helped remount my thermostat and educated me a little on how to make sure my system is running as efficiently as possible. They also recommended a few things to help make my air healthier and keep my system running better into the future despite it's age. Definitely recommend these guys and will continue to use their services in the future.
I had just moved in to my new house and quickly discovered the fisrt night an annoying tapping noise coming from the attic above my bedroom. I contacted Aire 1 who quickly came out, assessed my issue, gave me a fair quote and scheduled a repair date. Fix day arrived and was greeted by Chris and Casey who quickly dove in or I should say climbed up to tackle my issue. Working in a very uncomfortable limited attic space they were able to fix my annoying noisy issue. They were courteous, professional and after the repair explained in detail the work done. I'm so happy I can now have a quiet night sleep! Thank you Chris and Casey and Aire 1 !!
Great service visit from Jesse at Aire1. He called before he arrived, was very personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. Just a genuinely kind person, up-front and trustworthy in his assessment and recommendations. I would easily contact Aire1 again for future services.

From the moment Amber arranged our appointment to the expertise service of Jesse fixing our problem, Air1 LLC was a delight to work with. They came when they said they would and Jesse called ahead of time to tell us he was on his way. He solved our problem and kept us informed as he was doing his diagnosis and solution. I would definitely call them again!
Did the repair, but seems I have an ongoing issue. We joined the maintenance program and so far so good. Not a fan of their pricing practices.
Horrible. I'm not sure the tech even looked at the furnace. Gave me a list of two things that needed attention, nothing to do with the fact that I had no heat and costing nearly $1000. I have a home warranty contract which is a joke. I had to call a different company and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than two hours

I am not Stephanie Gibson, but since you pointed it out, it appears you have more than one customer who was taken advantage of. If there is an ROC it's not clearly visible on your website.
I was fortunate enough to have a technician named Jesse. Jesse worked very hard on this rainy day to make sure my a/c was working well. He went the extra mile for me.
We were referred to this company through our home warranty for AC issues. Jessie was able to arrive earlier than our scheduled time and was knowledgeable professional and great to work with. We would definitely recommend and use this company again!
Company is a nightmare to work with to deal with my home AC that went out due to leaking coil. It took 2 days just to get someone to look at it. The 1-5pm window for technician turned into 9pm arrival. Next available to due an emergency replacement was 7 days. Just notified that it was delayed by another day...1-5pm so I expect it to be late evening before repaired. I could never recommend this company!
