I call last night to have my rental property air conditioner repaired, the techs showed up the next day, fixed the problem without disturbing the renttb...the tenants where very happy.
Terrible Company! Don't ever hire this company to do any work on your AC unit! My Air Handler unit blew a motor, so I called my Home Warranty Company 2-10. They scheduled, Aire to the Throne to handle the matter. A tech was to come out between 12-4 on a Friday. I spoke with the tech on phone, which he said that he was on his way and should arrive in 30 mints. By the time I got there the Tech had already left my wife said. I called the tech back, as I wondered, " What the Heck is going on"! The individual (tech) who came out, didn't even go and inspect the Air Handler in the attic, but insisted that the problem was my Electrical panel. Don't ever trust a company who employs incompetent technicians, who don't do there Job or even know what they are doing! I hired another individual, who diagnosed the problem in 15 mins... 3/4 horse motor needed and new belly band! Very Scary that this company is even in business!
When my ac stopped working I felt desperate. It was the middle of summer in AZ. I called Aire to the Throne. They answered immediately and let me know when they would be able to come out. Terry fixed the problem. I was so impressed by the companies courtesy and professionalism.

This family owned company is our choice for any of our air and heating issues. They are honest and trustworthy and won't try to upsell or convince you that you need something you don't. Terry and Andrew are great. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so without hesitation.
Don't even bother. This company will not call you back, will not fulfill their promises, takes no priority in repairing or doing anything. I left message after message requesting a call back after they were chosen by 2-10 home-buyers warranty company. Initially they were slated to contact me within two business days, which they did not. So after calling several times I was able to get through, they dispatched a tech with a week and a half dispatch window. I had explained on the phone that a part would 100% need to be ordered and that I was willing to provide detailed pictures and the model number and information to my unit. They told me that they do not diagnose over the phone and would not accept anything. When the tech finally came out, he was here 20 seconds and said "yep there's nothing I can do, we need to order a lid for the condenser." That was the first sign that this was going to be an awful experience. After 7 weeks of waiting and many unanswered phone calls and ignored messages the warranty company reached out to the contractor and surprise they were unable to get a hold of them. No part was ever ordered, no communication occurred with my warranty company so a new company was dispatched. I am unsure why they choose to behave in this fashion, but in Arizona we can't wait for two months to get an A/C unit working. Awful company, avoid and keep your sanity.

We recently bought a house that had an air condition problem. We went through three other companies and were given two different diagnoses, basically stating that the unit was fine and there was nothing they can do. A rep from aire to the throne came out and took the time to dissect our unit and concluded that we had a bad compressor and a bad valve. After nearly a month of living with half working A/C we finally have a diagnoses and will be able to get it fixed. The rep was very professional and answered our questions and actually listened to what we had to say. I would recommend them to anyone needing A/C work.
