This is a great family-owned local business. Mr. Austin Knight gave us a good price, with a "no quibble quote". We loved that. This is a smart, reassuring part of a big-$$, high- anxiety process for any homeowner. We replaced two 20yr-old original systems (coil plugged, gas leak, contactor and caps burning) with two new systems, adding new heat-pump to upstairs system. Responsiveness (phone/email) was great. Installed both systems in 2 days, on time. As always in big jobs, there were problems. These were handled calmly: "no-quibble". They replumbed the air handlers in the attic to correct a 20yr imbalance in air flow (upstairs vs downstairs) caused by spaghetti-like duct install. [Beware new home buyers: new homes are not built, they are assembled, fast-and-cheap. If it don't fit, make it fit, and make it fast. The buyer won't notice stupid work in the attic, so that's what you get.] Austin coordinated with our roofer and our electrician to complete the ancillary work, the inevitable contingency when replacing 20yr-equipment. Highly recommended.

I contacted Aire Serv on a Sunday evening on recommendation of a friend. They returned my call right away, worked me into their Monday schedule, texted me in the morning with a 2 hour window, texted me when they were on their way, arrived even a bit earlier than the original window (thank goodness!). The tech, Bob, explained each step of the process, along with the cost of each option. He then fixed the unit quickly and got us cooling down! Bob was friendly, professional, and very informative, plus, he got along with our crazy dogs. They definitely have a new customer and I'll be sharing their info with others. I'm impressed.

The technician Irvin was prompt and very professional. He explained everything that he was doing and discussed any deficiencies or recommendations. I highly recommend using them
They came out quickly and fixed the problem. The tech was very informative and helpful. He even changed the filter in the ac unit for me.

Irvin quickly identified the issue and fixed our air conditioning issue and went out of his way to make sure everything else was working properly with our unit. The response time was amazing and the repair costs were very responsible so yes we would totally recommend this business!

Allen, our service technician, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very professional. He ran diagnostics on the HVAC system- inside and out, and found our 8 year old system was working relatively well. After a thorough examination of our system he made preventive maintenance recommendations and provided logical explanations for same. Allen sent pictures of the “guts” of the aging components. This company has integrity. Highly recommend for HVAC service.

Top notch service from start to finish! Laura in the office was very responsive and helpful. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond every step of the way.
