Fantastic family owned business, could not recommend more! Well done and my AC is so cold even when it’s 109 !!
We purchased a home built in 1978 in Canyon lake. One HVAC unit was installed in 1992 and the other in 2010 so we knew we needed to find an HVAC company ASAP. We were referred to Aire Serve by previous owners. What an amazing referral, we are so glad we found them!! We have called Matthew 3 times since May 2022. Each time he has been able to get over to check things out very quickly. The 1st time it was the AC, he fixed it for a reasonable price that same visit. The 2nd time was around Thanksgiving and rather urgent bc of it being the heater and the predicted temps. Again, he got it working on the initial visit. This 3rd time, we called him at 8 PM on 12/22/22 bc the same heater seemed to be failing again (remember this is the 1992 unit so it’s 30 years old). He came out that same night abut 10 PM bc of the predicted temps being in the teens overnight. One of the two heating strips was blown so it was still working but only partly and it couldn’t keep up with the below freezing temps and wind. We discussed trying to find a heating element for a unit that old or replacing the inside portion of the HVAC unit only (leaving the outside condenser as long as it keeps working). We thought about it overnight and called him about 8:30 AM on 12/23/22 to let him know we wanted to replace the inside unit. Amazingly, he acquired the unit and got himself and one of his helpers out about 11:30 AM that same day!!! While he was there he checked out the other unit to be sure it was running well (since it’s from 2010) as temps are predicted to be freezing overnight for a few more days. Matthew is timely, polite, a hard worker, and completely trustworthy as one of the times we had to have him let himself in as we weren’t home. We have definitely found our HVAC guy and couldn’t be more impressed!!! We don’t know many people in the canyon lake area but I’ve already told him that anyone that asks for an HVAC referral in the river area will be referred to him 100% of the time.
The evaporator coils on our AC had become completely clogged with drywall dust due to a horrible experience with a general contractor who left the AC filter off our our unit while retexturing our walls at our new house. I managed to clear a lot of it but got to a point where I couldn't get it any cleaner without help. Matthew made a house call at 10:30 on a friday night and helped get our AC running again. He also gave us some great advice regarding the coils in case there were lingering issues. Matthew was friendly, courteous, professional and helpful throughout. I highly recommend working with Aire Serv for your AC needs.

Called them at 9:00 pm and they had it fixed at 10:00 pm! So thankful during this heatwave… I’ll definitely use them again.
What can I say? Well except that Matthew will do right by you. That even though he is a smaller company, he can easily play ball with the high roller companies in Central Texas. This guy came out at 10pm on a Wednesday night to see what could be done for our hvac, which had mysteriously died two days after we bought and moved into the home. Previous companies had quoted me anywhere from 6700-9700 to replace my entire hvac. BECAUSE he is a smaller company, his prices can beat anyone's. BUT DONT HANG UP ON THAT!! His quality of service is higher than that of bigger companies. I was able to have a new system installed in less than a week, for nearly 5k and even was a better option than what the other competitors were charging nearly 25 percent more for!!! Matthew will be a permanent contact in My Phone, and will be my goto guy. Amazing service
We had another company come out and give us a quote and it was $3600. At the time we just couldn’t do it and our air was still working. Well fast forward, our air went out completely over a holiday weekend on Saturday... well the company that had given us the quote said it would be Tuesday before they could get to us due to the holiday. I posted in a FB group about our situation and Matthew responded.... he came out on Sunday, and had it fixed in a couple of hours! And what’s even better????? It didn’t cost near as much as the other company! We will use this company from now on!
nobody called me after i was told a technician would get with me. all i wanted was a smart thermostat to be installed. no quote no callback. ** i am updating my review based on recent conversation with company. i appreciate the honesty and the willingness to make things right. thanks.
I normally do not write these but their service was impeccable so I felt the need to do so. I got 3 bids for a house install and went with Air Serv. Mark is fantastic, very responsive and professional. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else!
On time fixed first time.
My AC went out after hours and I called to get on the schedule for the next morning. Mathew came out that night, no additional charge for after hours. He gave me a knowledgeable diagnosis with a good price with a veteran’s discount, and I contracted for a new replacement. The crew arrived the next day, and 5 hours later, my new system was installed and running.
We had our 17+ year old units replaced due to service repair over the last several years. It was time!. Matthew and team came in upgraded our older units to new carrier units w/higher efficiency. Matthew and Mark had to come back as the air ducted slipped loose and we weren't getting new units to cool as expected. This is where service after sell makes a huge difference. Matthew and team buttoned up all loose ends around our entire duct work and even came over after hours to see how the units were performing after 105 degree week. Matthew continued to call several days after and along the way to make sure all was good. We have had a great experience with AireServ and would highly recommend! Thanks again Matthew and team!

I highly recommend Air Serv of the River Cities for all of your HVAC needs. I have used them for several years and their honesty and integrity have never failed! Their technician Mark was extremely professional and courteous! He got my AC back up and running at 9:30 at night, and with a positive and kind attitude! He was here within 15 minutes of my initial call on a Saturday night!!...of the Memorial weekend!!!!!,.... impressive!!! Thats just unheard of without a million dollar after hours fee!! He recommended some other maintenance items that needed attention but never in a pushy way. I appreciated his gentle approach so much, that I immediately booked my follow up appointment right then and there. I dont take the time to write reviews unless its outstanding service and well deserved! Thank you Air Serv for years of superior work and professionalism.

Seriously, these guys deliver old-fashioned customer service. They did the new construction install of a HVAC system. They came when scheduled and made a special trip to get a couple of parts that were needed to complete my job. Five stars all around.
I can't say enough nice things about this company. Two years ago my air conditioner stopped on a Sunday and I called them. They came out that day and tried to fix my problem. Unfortunately I needed a new unit. They installed my new unit on Tuesday and got me up and cooling again. Of course I forgot to say it broke in July when we were having extreme heat as usual. They talked me into putting a half ton larger unit than I had before in. I didn't quite know what to do but I trusted them and decided to spend a little more money and go up in size. I'm so glad that I did. My bills have been cut almost in half and I'm keeping the temperature on 75 degrees during the day and 74 degrees at night. Before I kept my a/c on 78 and was still hot. I'm so glad I trusted them. I can't thank them enough. Going up in size has already paid for itself in just one years worth of utility bills. My summer bill is only around $115.00. Thank you so much for your help. They are dependable and trustworthy. Two things I really appreciate. I highly recommend them. Their service people are so nice and very professional. I never worry about them being in my home. I'd give them a 10 out of a 10. You won't be sorry. I've recommended them to everyone I tell my story to. Thank you again! 😁
They usually run pretty good specials, so ask them what they have going on when you call in for service. They've got some good bi-annual maintenance programs.
