Honest, Clean On time
Came out same day. Realized it was a simple fix and then I had Chris service both a/c units. He was honest and would definitely call him again.
About 2 years ago Charlie and coworkers came to do a bid on A/C for a school I was employed with. They were very detailed and took their time looking around the school, taking measurements, deciding the best a/c fit for school, and giving best honest bid. The deciding board unfortunately went with another known HVAC company. That company, however, did not stand up to their name. I can say with complete confidence that San Antonio HVAC would have been the better choice and it would have been proven in their work as it has been proven time and time again.
We're selling our rental house and we're supposed to close THIS WEEK, so of course we found at at 6pm tonight that the furnace isn't working and has to be repaired before we can close. I tried every trick up my sleeve and googled the heck out of it to no avail. So I called Charlie, who has been my only HVAC guy since he installed our system in 2011, and not only did he take my call at 9pm, he walked me through it and solved my problem. Charlie, you're my hero! Thanks for the help, I'm a customer for life.

I have had the pleasure of having San Antonio HVAC helping me with my AC needs for over five years now. Charlie is a trustworthy guy who is always there when I need him. He has replaced two exterior units and one interior for me. When we had an issue with the new interior unit several days after the installation, I called and Charlie made a point to be there the same day to fix it. I like these guys because they don't come out to the house looking to sell you the biggest package they can for the highest price. Charlie will shoot you straight and get what you need to solve your issues.
