A high quality heat pump for AC and heat, with backup furnace for those very cold days - if we ever have them again - was installed within a couple weeks of signing the deal. Their price was better than the competition, and included a higher quality system. They were very knowledgeable about their equipment and helpful - will be filling out the paperwork for me for state rebate on the heat pump. I consider this a win.

Dave came on-time and helped to get our heat up and running, for now. He did tell us that our system is on its last legs and will soon need to be replaced and said that he was going to have someone call to schedule an appointment for someone to come out, free of charge, to take a look at our system and give us an estimate of what it will cost to get a new system installed. He said that we MIGHT be able to get through the winter, but suggested we replace the system sooner rather than later. The fee to come out and do what he did was fair and reasonable and I was pleased with the service that Dave provided, but only gave 4 of 5 stars since we have not yet received the call to set up a time for someone to come out for an assessment for a new system.

I reached out early in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day in the afternoon. Bill arrived within the window provided to us. He was very friendly. He went straight to work on inspecting the units and gave me a walk through of his findings. He explained everything well enough for me to understand. He went over the estimate for the repair to get my okay before proceeding. Within a half hour the system was back up and running. He said to give them a call if any problem continues or returns. He answered all the questions I had before he left. I highly recommend Aire Serv and Bill.

AC unit wasn't blowing cold enough and there was water in the pain of my air handler. After 2 service calls and over $500 later, I was told there is no way to clear a clogged drain pipe and I need a new unit. 1lb of refrigerant was added at the cost of $380 after initial quote of $250. I also declined $1400 worth of parts on the unit that were a total of $53 on amazon that I installed myself in under an hour. New unit was quoted at $8-11K. I called another company, they found the problem, unclogged the drain pipe like I asked and was quoted $80/lbs of refrigerant. AC is running like it should and no water in drain pan. This company is responsive and timely but I they were unable/unwilling to fix my issue and seemed more interested in selling me a new unit. Like a lot of things in life, it pays to get a second opinion. **Edit review: I was contacted by Brian, the owner. He was apologetic and understanding of my concerns. He provided me with advice on how to further address the problems I am having with my AC unit. We came to a mutual understanding and he agreed to refund me some of the cost. I appreciate a company/owner who strives for customer satisfaction.
