I was informed by phone of the appointment. He was late but phoned me to let me know. I was sent a picture of technician. He was very neat and polite.
My technician, Son, was excellent. Their office scheduled and arrived same day. I especially enjoyed hearing his depth of knowledge when he was working with my ductless mini split system. I had two other companies out to work on it and they were not able to confidently work on the system. I'm a dad with kids and having this heat in my workout area over winter will be especially useful while bringing my kids out with me. Thank you Son and Aire Serve! High quality, on time, knowledgeable, professional.
