I have used Haider from this company for about three years now. I would recommend him for anything. He handles all of our properties and I could not be happier.
I can't recall the last time that I posted a review, but the exceptional service of Aire Serv of Northwest Hills demanded it. Their technician Haider saved us from the scorching heat by responding to my call after midnight (after our thermostat went out) -- in the middle of summer! He arrived early the next morning to replace the offending item and could not have been more professional, prompt, or courteous. Same was true when he came back out 6 weeks later to make sure that everything was running smoothly. I wholeheartedly endorse Haider and Aire Serv!!

Haider of AireServ came quickly to diagnose the AC problem with the outside unit, determined the need for replacement and explained all the options, and was able to arrange quick and efficient replacement the very next day before the arrival of guests! For me, this was fantastic service! AireServ has always provided excellent service in the past for repairs and maintenance of the AC system, and this experience is a perfect example of that service continuing in the present. 😊
Our AC went out the Saturday before a record week of heat in Austin (of course). No one could come to take a look on Sunday. No one except Haider from Aireserve. After showing up promptly on time, Haider discovered that we had a bad motor on our 6 year old Lennox AC. Ordering a replacement would take 3 months, that is unless you are Haider and happen to find one miraculously. He let us know he had the part, quoted a price for the work, and completed the work the following day. We are now ready as can be for 107 degree weather. Haider was incredibly responsive and willing to help us however he could. He went out of his way to ensure we got our air running again and we are beyond thankful. Happy to recommend Aireserve.
Professional, prompt and very courteous
Aire Serve of Northwest Hills is always quick to respond, gets the job done for a reasonable price, and fits us in on their schedule ASAP. I highly recommend working with them, as their entire team is knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
Sent them an email on Sunday night after the AC would sporadically work and had an appointment made the next day! He got here early, was quick to pinpoint the issue and discussed prices with us. It's working spectacularly now, thank you!
I had them install a new AC/furnace about a year ago. It stopped working as well so I gave them a call to come take a look. They were able to come out very quick and take a look. The issue was with the refrigerant lines that ran into the house, which they didn't replace at the time of the install. They are going to run new lines for me (at a reasonable labor rate) and get me back and going quickly.
Over the years I have had many different technicians from different companies work on my home air conditioners, and Haider from Aire Serv of Northwest Hills is by far the best. He performed a very thorough diagnosis of my old system, answered all of my questions, and provided very detailed quotes for several different replacement options per my request. He personally handled the entire process from start to finish, including scheduling, installation, and final walk-through to make sure I was satisfied. The installation team led by Haider was on-time, professional, respectful, organized, neat, and efficient. I've had the new AC system for about a month now and I'm very pleased with its performance.

After dealing with untrustworthy companies, it was so nice to come across this company and work with Haider. He was on time and be ready to help me to save money and solve our AC problem. Every call/text that I sent him was answered, he genuinely cares about his customers and their needs. I will 100% recommend this company and Haidar to anyone who has a AC problem.

We used this company last year to replace my entire HVAC system. I was very pleased with their work last summer, as they got us new system the same day we called them when it was over 100 degrees outside in the middle of July. Last weekend, we started having some issues with our 12 year old thermostat, which we replaced ourselves, but then found the outside unit would not turn on after we replaced it. Aire Serv got a tech out the same day and got things working for us in two hours.
This is a great company. They are professional and always on time. They do a complete check of the A/C unit and if they find anything wrong, they tell you so you can make a decision as to whether you want to go ahead and have it repaired. My visits with their personnel have been excellent and they only hire quality personnel at that. I will continue to use this company and have been for years now.! I am fully satisfied and want them to be my A/C company!
