I have been using Amer's services for about 4 years now. My first encounter was a random call to have someone install my nest thermostat. Amer answered and tried to walk me through the process over the phone to save me a little cash. Needless to say, I couldn't get it to work and he showed up and resolved the issue at a fair price. I always enjoy talking with him and listening to him explain why he's doing things and how things work. He always asks how my family and children are doing, and how my brother is doing (long story). I appreciate his expertise and will have him and hopefully only him work on all things related to my HVAC system. He has helped my sister in law recently with an inspection and just left my house fixing my boiler so I can get heat again. Amer is not only a great person, but someone I consider a friend.
Amer arrived on time, he was fair with pricing. He went above and beyond, I truly appreciate his feedback and will definitely use him again. He was very honest and went out of his way to even help my husband install our Nest thermostat.

Amer answered right away and came out after hours, we had a bad water leak from our AC unit, it was a hot summer night and we appreciated that he came out so quickly to fix the problem. Really did a great job! Would highly recommend
Went online and asked for a service call for issues with my AC unit. Within an hour or two got a call and Amer was here shortly after. Walked me through the diagnosis and found the issue very quickly. Good value to get my issue fixed and AC working again. Will definitely use Aire Serv again for any HVAC issues and/or routine maintenance.
