They are very professional, come in do their work only make solid recommendations! There is no up-sell only factual info about improvements to your system. They make my family and I feel secure in knowing our HVAC systems work perfectly.
Not happy. Having problems with the furnace they installed and the owner isn't returning my phone calls.

Jason and Luke were great! They came out and installed a furnace last week. They were upfront on pricing and gave a great deal. They were in and out quickly with no mess and I know they will be available for any future maintenance or repairs we need.

I had my central air unit replaced and I must say from the beginning to the end service was great. They were timely, thorough and explained the process so clearly I thought I could install it myself. But the best part of all was the affordability. After getting quotes from other companies it was nice to know that everyone not out knock you over the head and rob you blind. Thanks again

Excellent service!! We called Aire Serv because our house was very cold, it was late evening when we called. We just know we would have to wait until the following day to have the service man come out, we were very pleased when Aire Serv came out that same evening and repaired our furnace. Very friendly, very professional. Highly recommend!!!

Very professional and consultative approach. They show and tell you what is wrong and provide with best steps to proceed. When they describe the next steps it is very detailed but with a level of compassion that they too are human. When the staff talks they come across with a high level of knowledge and experience. Down to earth personalities and talk to you as a person instead of a Number. Clarence is a very honorable and trustworthy person. Brian is experienced and tell you how it is. The third gentleman is polite and totally a gentleman with a great social talker. Took less then 2 hrs to install a new AC what could take 4 hrs. They were quiet and knew exactly what they were doing. Using these guys for the past 3 yrs and never regret it. Going to get a Furnace later this summer and they took my concerns to heart on quality and assured me a Goodman or Rheem would meet my interest. They install the best for you; not for them.
My first experience with Aire Serv was very good. I reported at the time, "I came to work and our heat was out. Called Aire Serv and they were here within half an hour. Fixed everything. Very professional. I'm sold." My experience this week was much less satisfactory. I called on Tuesday because our air conditioning did not seem to be functioning. They were supposed to come out on Wednesday. By early afternoon on Wednesday no one had come to our store so I called again, and was told someone would be there within an hour to an hour-and-a-half. No one ever showed up. No one called to explain what was going on. I canceled the appointment this morning, having found a different contractor.
