My entire experience from beginning to end was amazing from Casey on the phone getting me a next day appointment to the guys who arrived on time with very pleasant attitudes, they explained everything they did. They stayed and made sure to fix the issues we had and all that was needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know I could not have asked for a better service experience.
I needed maintenance done on my central air unit so I made an appointment. The company kept me updated via text that the appointment was either set up, to confirm or that the techs were on their way. Two technicians came and they were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. After they changed my old thermostat and cleaned the unit the AC was giving out cool air with more power than before. I was made aware that my unit would need to be replaced in about a year because it’s old. Thanks for the wonderful job gentleman!

Our experiences through the years have always been pleasant and very satisfactory. Not only do they take care of our heating and cooling systems, they also take care of our daughter's home. Office staff is always pleasant, friendly and coordinates dates to our satisfaction. Dominic is our tech and comes in smiling and when he suggests new and updated equipment, it's always with our approval after knowing what the full cost will be. We trust his judgment and expertise. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with them.

Very professional and responsive during the entire process of getting a ductless heat pump installed. Casey was always available to answer questions and the technicians were very knowledgeable and prompt with the service. When I had a small issue with the installation they were there next day to fix it at no charge. Very good pricing as well. Highly recommended!
I called on a Saturday and they showed up same day and didn't charge me extra for it. He got my boiler working in no time. Highly Recommended. Dom is the man!!!!

Have used their services multiple times. They are very prompt and professional. Had a good experience with both Dominic and Bob, both being good at their jobs. Bob was specially helpful in explaining how i could do some initial scanning myself to rule out some simpler priliminary reasons for the heat not working. Really appreciate his advice and effort. Ty!

We had a problem with the indirect water heater tank 40 gallon and we needed a replacement, reached out to Airserv they did a great job, worked with Dominic from Airserv he was great, much appreciated for the work done, neat and clean work plus fair pricing. Highly recommend Airserv👍🏼
Dan and Connor came over and within an hour diagnosed and fixed our gas boiler, which was not circulating water to allow the system to heat our house. We had another company come out right before them and they quoted us $15K for a replacement boiler without even diagnosing the issue or trying to fix the boiler first. The first company’s technician even sent me pictures that we don’t even believe were of our boiler. It just felt like a scam. In comes Aireserv to save the day. Their techs were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell me, scare me, or push me into buying something I don’t need. Our house is now nice and warm and the couldn’t be happier with the service. Dan especially is a great guy and I will be maintaining my boiler with their services in the future!

They installed our mini split system and I’ve always said that the only way you ever know just how good a company is, is by how they handle problems. We had a valve malfunction- which was a hard diagnostic and repair. The entire staff has been above and beyond communicative, has fought for us with the manufacturer and was at my house as many times as needed to make things right. Our system is functioning perfectly, and I know that should anything have a problem, Dom and the whole team have our backs. I cannot recommend them more highly!
