Employees were super friendly but the warranty on the parts we paid 1000 dollars for us only 6 months 🤷🏼♂️So….

The geothermal units had failed in our house and we needed to replace the ac fast as hot weather was forecast. Our house was a bit of a challenge but Nathan and Drew assembled a team to tackle all the issues and concerns. They installed 3 Lennox heat pumps and reworked the zoning so every room in the house can be the perfect temperature year round. The crew at Aireserv worked hard, kept the worksite clean and was respectful of our needs.
Selling my home and needed an air conditioner inspection right away. The phone rep was super helpful and worked me in same day. The technician could not have been nicer, more professional or thorough. Awesome team.

I called several places and spoke to several vendors for estimates. Drew was the only one I felt was not treating me like a transaction nor trying to upsell me. He listened to what I needed and could afford and he made it happen. It’s rare to find good honest customer service nowadays. 1.5 days later Derek, Cameron and Steve came to install my new A/C and furnace and they did an amazing job. They were on time, very professional, and even solved an issue that would’ve cost us the inspection (free of charge!) due to me having a 40yr old furnace. They also left my home as clean as the found it, I didn’t even have to sweep after they left. They showed me all that was installed and best practices to make sure my new equipment lasts as long as possible. I’ve been renovating my home for a few months and there’s not many contractors/companies I’d recommend, but I’d definitely recommend them. Great customer service and great prices, give them a call!
Aire Serv did a fantastic job from start to finish, everythimg went as planned. Staff and techs were amazing, cameron and drew from begginning to end made things simple and stress free. Install went great they got it done in one day. Even left portable units to keep the family cool while we waited. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: This morning the company contacted us and came out to rectify the issue. We are now cool and we appreciate them working quickly to fix the communication issue from last evening. The technicians that came out were professional and timely and we appreciate the cool house for our pups. We called this company’s emergency service line last night because our ac stopped working and we have older dogs that can’t tolerate the heat knowing it would be in the mid 90s today for temperature. We were told the two times that we called that they would have someone get in touch with us. 8 hours later no one has contacted us regarding getting someone out here. What’s the point in having an emergency line if no one will act on it? It’s 80 degrees in my house and we need help, thanks for nothing with your “emergency” service.

Aaron was amazing! The company was friendly from the start when I called to set the appointment. But Aaron really went above and beyond and made sure we were taken care of before he left. He was on time and up front.
We moved to Kentucky last year. After dealing with a sketchy local company, we needed a trustworthy company for our AC tune up. Aire Serve was recommended to us in a local FB group. From scheduling through service, everyone we dealt with was warm, responsive and professional. Aaron was our tech and he was phenomenal. On time, friendly, and explained everything in a way we could understand. He found an issue and went over what needed to be done and the cost without using any sales techniques, just honest, up-front explanation. We are very impressed and will not only have Aire Serve out to do the needed repair, we will use them for all our HVAC needs going forward and recommend them whenever we can.
