First impression - Scheduler was Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t expect that I was an A/C expert! Technician - Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Prompt service, arrived and went straight to work. Communication during repair was outstanding. **Best pricing I found in Central AR.** DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED
This happened on December 23rd and I was scared my furnace was going completely out. Everyone I called said that they couldn't see me until Wednesday of the next week including the people that put my furnace in they didn't even return my call. I'm 77 years old when was really scared that I was going to be left here for three days without any service at all. The girl that took the call said that she would try to get someone out and then she called me back later that afternoon and said he could come but it may be late. And I said that would be fine for somebody to come on the 23rd of December that would be amazing. Anyway he got here around six-thirty in the evening and checked everything and found that everything was okay even change my filter for me change my batteries again in the thermostat and it started working fine. Such a nice young man his name was Cody. I appreciate their time and service very much. Do you need to use anyone in are our furnace problems try Airserv they're amazing. And believe me I've already testified of their service and what they've done for me to several people.
I absolutely love working with this company! I found them through my home warranty company and any time they've come to our house, it's ALWAYS a pleasant and professional experience! The guys are efficient and quick, they provide detailed diagnosis, get repairs done promptly, and they follow up. And the ladies in the office know me by name! Robert and his crew were GREAT! Very professional. Very courteous. Their prices were extremely competitive, and they didn’t waste any time getting our new AC installed. We are very thankful to finally be cooling off! We will absolutely be using them for any of our future HVAC needs!!
