Very pleased with preventative service, was extremely thorough. Danny did a fantastic job, I could not be more pleased.
We had this company come to do a diagnostic check as our heating system was not working as efficiently as it should have been. They told us that our system was leaking freon and our pressures were crazy low and we needed 2lbs of refrigerant plus recommended dye and sealer to fix it. The quote they gave us was outrageously high, so we got a second opinion from another reputable company our friends and family have been using for years. They gave us the same diagnosis of a freon leak, but they were able to easily find the leak (without dye) and filled our freon at 1/3 of the price that Aire Serv quoted us (even including the second service call fee!). The pressures were not anywhere near as low as Aire Serv told us, and our system only needed a top off of 1/2lb of freon. Not to mention the fact that Aire Serv put an advertising sticker on our home without or knowledge or consent. I would not recommend.
Richard, Steve and Scott were the crew. They showed up on time, meaning earlier than the appointed time. They were each very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Each one of them were able to answer any questions that I had, and I had plenty! They were unable to installed the wired thermostat due to an issue with the house build(built in 1999), and being unable run any wire up and inside the wall. The immediately ordered a wireless replacement while still installing the wired one in my crawlspace so that the HVAC system could start cooling the house, which was already 95 degrees inside. Nathan showed up the very next day and installed the wireless unit and modules and showed me how to operate it with no issues. I'm very pleased with the equipment, which is Trane air handler and outside unit, the installation service, which was above and beyond! I highly recommended Aireserv!
2 1/2 year ago our AC unit went out. I went through Homedepot and had them contract a business to replace our entire system. I had gotten a credit card through Homedepot, everything came out to $6,200. Two months ago my AC was acting up and they came out (not the first, second or third time) Every time they come out I have to pay an $89 diagnostic fee and whatever the repairs are. Left me paying $540. My AC just went out last night, won’t turn on or anything. Called these people and spoke with a lady over getting someone out here to look at it and she basically said it didn’t matter that they were just out here I would still have to pay diagnostic and repairs. Not to mention I pay a monthly autopay of $19 a month for whatever reason. Not right!!!!
Jeremy was very professional. He worked late into the night; but had to return on a second day to finish. He didn't quit till he was sure I had cold air in my house. Though it took longer that both of us thought, he was like a dog with a bone. He would not give up. He made me feel at ease and even my dog liked him. AND that's saying allot. Would I use Jeremy again? That is a sure thing. Would I tell others about him? In a heartbeat. Thank you, Jeremy. It is very cold in my house now.
Jeremy worked all day to get our furnace working before cold front came through. We so appreciate his hard work.

Jeremy came out to quote our HVAC repair. After taking a look at what we needed, he was able to repair what we needed on the same visit. He was knowledgeable, gave us a good price, friendly, and profesional. Will be calling back and recommend to anyone for any HVAC need we get in the future!
My AC recently broke on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Aire Serve and they sent someone out to my house within 2 hours to make the repair. Jeremy was the technician sent to help and he went out of his way to help. The replacement part was out of stock, but he tracked one down in California and made Sure they overnighted it so I would have it fixed right away. I am cool again thanks to the great service.

Hands down, best experience I've ever had! Zach was prompt, knowledgeable, and kept great communication throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to even educate me on how the system worked. Excellent service and wouldn't recommend anyone else to handle your HVAC needs.

Our Family can't express enough how great Aire Serv was. Zach was real knowledgeable about their products as well as knowing any all questions about what could be going wrong with our old system. His professionalism and character was not you typical sales person. He listen and cared before we made the decision to install a new system. The install guys Steve and Don were professional and pleasant the whole time. Glad we went with Aire Serv. Our system is working wonderfully and we are enjoying our cozy home.
Technician was slow which I paid for in the bill. He should have called support for my geothermal system much earlier. I miss Andy.
BEWARE! This company is a fraud. He can to my house, broke my vent pipe, broke a piece on my collector box, lied to me about carbon monoxide levels and how dangerous they are, he smoked in my driveway and threw his cigarette in my street and worst of all he tried to charge me $10,000 for a system that others quated at 6k. Call Fayette heating and air, air control, comfort, or any of the other reviewed companies in Lexington but DO NOT call the people for anything. You will thank me.
I had an estimate done and it wasn't detailed at all its 6150.00. . How much is the labor and the stuff im buying and dont ask too many questions they will get very upset. The best place i found was Chuck with Air Control. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me and very understanding best place ever I hope you all enjoy this review cuz I know it's so hard to find good honest kind people and Chuck was the best at Air Control. You won't be disappointed.
Beware using this company. I went to Home Depot on Richmond rd to get someone to look over my HVAC system and they set me up an appointment with this company. It took two visits to look over my heating and air system for 4 vents that didn't have any airflow and each visit the owner changed his mind about what it was. A $200 quick fixed turned into a $3,126 general remove and reinstall. I thought they were scamming me so I called another local company and they came out, found the issue, and repaired it in an hour and a half for $200.....
