I contacted aire serve to clean and service my furnace and humidifier. I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. They said they would be out in the spring to service the AC. I called after no-one showed and received a recording, left my number but never received a call back. I called Kate on her personal number and she said they would be out the following Wed. evening. Nobody showed or called and now I can't get an answer on any phone number. I am assuming they are out of business.
I couldn't be more impressed with this company. Both Jason and Kate are great to work with. Honest, responsive, and professional. I will be happy to refer all my friends and family to them!
I was very happy with service provided by Aire Serv. Owner came out on a Saturday to fix my air conditioner when it was very hot. I was so relieved to get the air conditioning fixed the same day I called, especially on a weekend in busy summer heat. Would definitely recommend this company.
Jason is our favorite HVAC guy. He put an entire new system in a house that others wouldn’t even touch because it was going to take some figuring out how to make it work. His follow thru and effort to make the system as efficient as possible was awesome.
Jason and his team members are excellent. Their knowledge and expertise are clearly evident. They installed a complete “Zoning” HVAC system.... a complex installation. Not only are they extremely professional, they are very friendly and kept me informed at every step of the way. Without hesitation, I would recommend him to anybody, knowing that he and his team have expert capabilities.
Great experience from scheduling to service. Everyone I interacted with was responsive, professional, and attentive to what my problems were. Jason educated me well on the issues and solutions, and the process was seamless. I would recommend them to anyone!
Jason and his team at AirServ are amazing. Their maintenance plan is a really great value. With a furnace that was having some issues, one call to AirServ and they came out to see what was going on. Thankfully, it just needed some cleaning and adjustments, but with the maintenance plan, I didn’t have to pay anything extra. Jason was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and have already done so to several of my friends.
Had Jason out to check out my furnace as I thought something smelled off. Turns out it was nothing major and he didn't try to jerk me around. Said it did need some work and I got signed up for his maintenance plan. Very honest and professional.

I signed up for their maintenance plan but upon Jason's very thorough cleaning and maintenance he discovered our family was being exposed to carbon monoxide. The kind of terrible story you hear on the news. He took amazing care of our family. We made the decision to install a new heater and we are so grateful! We happily refer Jason & Kate to everyone we know.
When it started to get cold outside, I realized my furnace wasn’t working. With small children, I was quite worried about my house being too cold at night. I was able to make an appointment with Aire Serv for the next day. Jason with Aire Serv arrived at my house right around the appointment time and he quickly and easily found the issue with my furnace. I was expecting to pay $$$ for my broken furnace, but he was able to solve the issue easily saving my family a lot of money. So thankful for this company and the technician’s kindness and expertise!
Got what I need in and out.
Jason came out and replaced the fan motor in my AC unit. The work was top-notch and for the price he quoted on the phone. I couldn't have asked for more. He's now my HVAC guy!
I have used Absolute Heating and Air conditioning on three different occasions. Jason installed a new American Standard system in my Home and a new Furnace in a rental house of mine. He also installed a new overhead furnace in my shop. Quality work at a Fair price!
I was looking at buying a new furnace and was only wanted the basic. Jason came out and told me about how a 92% furnace would help me, and it did! I've saved money on propane and am really happy with my decision and going with them.
Great service in identifying my problem and correcting it quickly. Very reasonable pricing too. If you need your air conditioner repaired or for any other HVAC, heating and cooling issues, I would not hesitate to give them a call.
We moved from where we were when I reviewed AHI before. We called him back out at our new home since we did not have a heat pump at our old house. We were not familiar with this type of heating. He came out because we thought we had a problem, as it turned out it was normal and he gave us a lesson about heatpumps and emergency heat. Very helpful, now we know what to look for and know what is normal and what is not. Thank you for another job well done.
