My husband and I are so glad we used Air Serve for our HVAC needs. Dean and his team have taken great care of us over the past several years, as we needed to first replace our AC and later the Furnace/hot water tank. Last month they even came out a year later to help locate a leak inside the wall near the hot water tank from our 20 year old existing pipes and was able to get it fixed. He just came back to put the hot water tank back into place (after we got the drywall patched back up again). Always great friendly and knowledgeable service. -Diana

Aire Serv is fantastic to work with. They are very professional, knowledgeable about the different options available and the installation is top notch. Jacob really took pride in the installation which I really really appreciate and his attention to detail is really commendable. I have used them regularly for heating and cooling yearly maintenance. They always are professional and arrive on time. I have specifically asked for them through my home warranty every time. I highly recommend them.
Aire Serv treated us so well! They even gave us suggestions about how to baby our system along, instead of just quoting a new system. We decided to buy a new system. Their price was good, and their service team was great! On top of all that, they were able to complete the work just a few days after we ordered it.
Dean came out to salem to check things out! Diagnosed the problem and sent his crew out way within days. Humberto and Jacob were promptly on time, did a great job and were very transparent with the process. Overall great experience, quick turnaround, fair price and we are pleased with our AC unit install. Will use AireServ again once we need a furnace.

We have used aire-Serv several times over the years and they inevitably get a call from us when we are in dire straits. Each time, they professionally explain the problem and what our options are with no judgement. Whether doing emergency repairs on our system or a full replacement AC (today) - they have come when asked , been fair on pricing and delivered what we needed each and every time. We will continue to call them in the years to come and would recommend them to anyone that asks. Service First. Period.

The Aireserv team was fantastic from beginning to end. On Saturday, when it was 113 degrees out, we returned home from the river to find that our central AC was no longer operating. After calling multiple other AC service companies, Aireserv saved the day by working to get us in same day for a consult. Dean, the super knowledgeable technician, stopped by around 10:30 pm. The bad news was that our AC had died, but Dean hooked us up with a small window unit to tie us over until the install of a new unit could occur a few days later. I’m not sure how we would have gotten through that heat wave without Airserve. Every interaction we had was positive! Highly recommend!

Dave Rose came to our home on June 23rd before the huge heat wave to install a new Air Conditioning unit. He was AMAZING ! ! ! You need to give this young man a BIG RAISE ! ! ! Everything he did was very professional ! His knowledge and expertise are TOPS ! He went above and beyond what anyone would do to make this a great experience ! He is very knowledgeable and has excellent background in multiple areas which is exemplified in his SUPERIOR SERVICE and WORKMANSHIP! He was a pleasure to work with and assured me he would take good care of us! What amazed me was, he managed this big project all by himself ! You are very blessed to have him !

We were in desperate with help on fixing our ac with the weather coming in hot . David Rose was so kind to help us & explain to us what had happened to our nest . He was very professional & understanding of our dogs & kids . As well as with me working from home & having to take calls . Over all loved the service and am very thankful for his work.
